리더는 카리스마가 필요하다.

필자가 몰타에 산지는 2년이 아직 되지 않음에도

 많은 네트워크를 가지고 활동하고 있다.
처음 일본인 4명과 시작한 단체가 겨우 3개월만에

25명이 되어 독립 단체를 선언하게 되었다.
회원수가 늘어나는 이유는 그 단체 이름을 사용하기 때문이 아니다. 
해외 각국에 있는 친구들이 회원이 되어 회비를 낸 까닭이다.
실제 몰타에 사는 실제 여성 회원은 절반이다.

 

우리는 2개월간 일본어 교실, 바자 기금으로 상당한 기부를 했고

이제 새로운 가톨릭 교회가 이끄는 홈리스, 수프 키친 봉사하는

단체로 이동하여 일본 문화 교실을 열 계획이다. 
몰타에 가장 오래된 로터리 클럽, 라이온즈 클럽도 50명 전후다.

이처럼 몰타는 회원 모이기가 쉽지 않다. 

이번 7월 30일 대통령궁  방문 후 개편성하여

봉사의 이념이 전달되는 단체로 이동할 계획이다.
이 놀라운 일은 나의 힘이 아니다.

나는 이 부분을 하늘의 뜻이라고 생각한다. 

자원봉사를 하는 사람들은 정당한 감사를 받아야 마땅하다.
특히 시간과 돈을 낭비하면서 우리의 아름다운 마음을 모른다면

우리의 가치가 상실된다고 본다.
우리 모두는 매우 열심히 노력했고 감사한 마음이다.

이제 9월 새로운 단체로 이동할 계획이다.

 

 

Even though I have lived in Malta for less than two years,

 I am active in many networks.
The group that started with 4 Japanese people grew to 25 people

in just 3 months and declared an independent organization.
The reason the number of members is increasing is not

because the organization's name is used. 
This is because friends from overseas became members

and paid membership fees.
In fact, half of the members are actual women living in Malta.

We made a significant donation to fund the bazaar,

a two-month Japanese language class,

and are now planning to move to a new Catholic Church-led organization serving

the homeless, a soup kitchen, and hold Japanese cultural classes. 
Malta's oldest Rotary Club, Lions Club, also has around 50 members.

As such, it is not easy to gather members in Malta. 
After the President's PALACE visit on July 30th, we plan to reorganize

and move to an organization and conveys the ideology of our service.
This amazing work is not in my power. I think this part is heaven’s will.

 

People who volunteer should receive due gratitude.
I think our value will be lost if we don't know our beautiful hearts,

 especially while wasting time and money.
We all worked so hard and we appreciate it.

The plan is to move to a new organization in September.

 

 

私はマルタに住んでまだ 2 年未満ですが、

多くのネットワークで活動しています。
日本人4人でスタートした団体はわずか3カ月で25人に成長し、

独立団体を宣言した。
会員数が増えているのは団体の名前を使っているからではありません。 
海外から来た友達が会員になって会費を払ってくれたからです。
実際、メンバーの半数はマルタに住む実際の女性です。

私たちはバザーや2ヶ月間の日本語教室の資金として多額の寄付をしましたが、

現在はカトリック教会主導の新しいホームレス支援団体への移転、

炊き出し、日本文化教室の開催を計画しています。 
マルタ最古のロータリークラブであるライオンズクラブにも約50名の会員がいます。

そのため、マルタで会員を集めるのは簡単ではありません。 
7月30日の大統領官邸訪問後、

サービス理念を伝える組織に再編・移行する予定です。
この素晴らしい仕事は私の力ではできません。

この部分は天の御心だと思います。

 

ボランティアをする人々は正当な感謝を受けなければならない。
特に時間とお金を無駄にしながら、

私たちの美しい心を知らなければ、私たちの価値が失われると思う。
私たちはみんなとても頑張り、感謝しています。

今9月に新しい団体に移動する計画だ。
