이해불가 몰타 운전 면허 시험 제도

운전 필기시험에 합격하고 운전 시험을 장장 3개월 기다렸다.

그동안 인스트럭터에게 매주 들어가는 비용도 20유로씩 상당했다.

드디어 날짜가 5월 10일 오전 7시 30분에 잡혀서 당일 7시에 도착했다.

내가 배웠던 인스트럭터 차로 운전 시험을 본다는데 7시 10분에

인스트럭터가 도착하여 한다는 말이 감독관이 아파서 취소되었다고 한다.

이게 말이 되는 처사인가?

국가 기관에서 관리하는 운전 면허 시험장의 행태가 멋대로인 셈이다.

특히 다시 언제인지도 모르고 기다려야 한다는 말이다. 

자신들 문제라면 다른 감독관을 대체를 해야하지 않나?

모든 행정이 아프리카식이다. 

시험도 치르기 전에 취소되었고 또 얼마간 시간을 낭비할

생각을 하니 참을 수 없는 화를 혼자 다스린 날이다. 

수험자는 15분 늦으면 시험을 취소하고 다른 날 비용과 함께 지불하라고 하면서

왜 감독관이 일방적으로 그것도 당일 취소하나?

어이가 너무나 없다. 

 

I passed the theory  driving test and waited for three months for the driving test.
In the meantime, the weekly cost to the instructor was a considerable amount of 20 euros.
Finally, the date was set for 7:30 a.m. on May 10th, and I arrived at 7 a.m. that day.
Instructor  told me  you were taking a driving test in the instructor's car where I learned, at 7:10.
Butt he  said that the instructor arrived and the Driving test was cancelled

because the supervisor was sick.
Does this make sense?
The behavior of driver's license test centers managed by government agencies is arbitrary.
In particular, it means having to wait again without knowing when it will be.
If it's their problem, shouldn't they replace another supervisor?
All administration is African.
The exam was canceled before I even took it, so I wasted some time.
When I think about it, it is a day when I managed to control my uncontrollable anger by myself.
If the test taker is 15 minutes late, the test will be canceled and the examinee

will be asked to pay the fee for another day.
Why did the supervisor unilaterally cancel it on the same day?
It's so absurd.

 

私は理論運転試験に合格し、運転試験まで 3 か月待ちました。
その間、インストラクターにかかる週の費用は 20 ユーロとかなりの額でした。
最終的に日付が5月10日の午前7時30分に決まり、その日の午前7時に到着しました。
教官は、7時10分に私が習った教官の車で運転試験を受けると言いました。
しかし、彼は、教官が到着したが、

教官が体調不良のため運転試験がキャンセルされたと述べた。
これには意味がありますか?
政府機関が運営する運転免許試験場の行為は恣意的である。
特に、それがいつになるかわからないまま、また待たなければならないことを意味します。
それが自分たちに問題があるのなら、別の監督者を交代させるべきではないでしょうか？
すべての行政はアフリカ人です。
試験を受ける前に試験がキャンセルされたため、時間を無駄にしてしまいました。
思えば、抑えきれない怒りを自分でなんとかコントロールできた日です。
受験者が 15 分遅刻した場合、試験はキャンセルされ、

受験者は別の日の受験料の支払いを求められます。
なぜ 政府機関が運営する運転免許試験場 は

一方的に即日キャンセルしたのでしょうか？
それはとても不合理です。
