발트 국가의 국제법

이번 라트비아 방문은 라트비아를 비롯한 발트 국가의 국제법

그리고 여러 세미나를 위한 방문이 우선이었으며 피서도 겸하고 있다,

특히 로스쿨 교재로 사용하는 발트해  국제법은 매우 유용하며

특히 다른 국가와 다른 여러 부분이 이해가 되었다. 

 

Baltic Yearbook of International Law는 2001 년부터 발행 된

국제법의 연례 과학 연감으로 Scopus

(권위있는 초록 및 인용 데이터베이스)에 의해 색인화되었다.

이 연감은 발트 3국의 국제 및

유럽 법률 연구 펠로우들의 장기적인 협력으로 가능했으며,

국제 학술 담론에서 그들의 목소리를 들을 수 있게 해주었다.

첫 번째 권 이후, 네덜란드에 본사를 둔

유럽에서 가장 큰 합법적 인 출판사 중 하나 인

Brill / Martinus Nijhoff 출판사에서 출판되었으며이

과학 저널의 전 세계 배포를 보장한다.

동시에 이 법률 출판물은 국제법 및 유럽법에서

현대 학문적 발트해 전통을 강화하는 데 기여했으며

새로운 법률 연구자들이 국제법 및 유럽법 주제에 관심을 갖도록 한다.

발트해 국제법 연감은 다양한 과학적 토론에서

교리의 원천으로 점점 더 자주 사용된다.

수년에 걸쳐 많은 법률 연구 펠로우들이 발트해 연감에

발트해 연안 국가의 점령에 대한 법적 문제와

그 법적 결과에 대한 분석에 대한 과학 논문을 발표했다.

라트비아, 에스토니아, 리투아니아

국가 연속성 원칙에 대한 명확성과 이해를 강화하는 것이

과학적 법적 방법에 기초한 것이야말로 공동 편집장

(라트비아의 I. Ziemele, 에스토니아의 L. Mälksoo, 리투아니아의 D. Žalimas)의

주요 주제 중 하나였기 때문에 가능했다.

연감이 국제적으로 유명해짐에 따라

이 연구의 결과는 국제 과학 담론에도 널리 알려지게 되었다

 

2018년부터 발트해 국제법 연감 편집위원회는 리가 법학대학원에서 운영되고 있다.

독립 회복 후, 이 학교는 국제법과 유럽 연합법,

인권법에 대한 라트비아의 역량을 강화하기 위해 설립되었다.

이 학교는 에스토니아, 라트비아, 리투아니아의 발트 3개국

100주년을 기념하기 위해 출간된 17권부터 출판을 맡았다.

 

Baltic Yearbook of International Law

The Baltic Yearbook of International Law is an annual scientific yearbook

in international law that has been published since 2001

and indexed by Scopus - authorative abstract and citation database..

The yearbook was made possible by the long-term

cooperation of international and European law research fellows

from all three Baltic States and has allowed them to be heard

in the international academic discourse. Since the first volume,

it has been published by one of the largest legal publishers

in Europe Brill/Martinus Nijhoff Publishers that is based in the Netherlands

and ensures global distribution of this scientific journal.

At the same time, this legal publication has contributed to strengthening

the contemporary academic Baltic tradition in international

and European law, and made new legal researchers interested

in the themes of international and European law.

The Baltic Yearbook of International Law more

and more often serves as a source of doctrine during various scientific discussions.

Over the years, many legal research fellows have published their scientific articles

also on the legal question of occupation of the Baltic States

and analyses of its legal consequences in the yearbook.

To a large extent, it was made possible by the fact that strengthening the clarity

and understanding of Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian State continuity principle based

in scientific legal methods has been one of the main topics for the co-editors-in-chief

(I. Ziemele from Latvia, L. Mälksoo from Estonia, and D. Žalimas from Lithuania).

As the yearbook is internationally renowned,

the results of this research have also

become widely available to the international scientific discourse.

Since 2018, the editorial board of the Baltic Yearbook of International Law

has operated from Riga Graduate School of Law. After the restoration of independence,

this school was established to strengthen the Latvian capacity in international law

and European Union law, as well as the human rights law.

The school took over publishing as of Volume 17 that was devoted to the centenary

of the three Baltic States: Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

 

 

バルト国際法年鑑は、2001年から発行され、

権威ある抄録および引用データベースであるScopusによって

索引付けされている国際法の年次科学年鑑です。

この年鑑は、バルト三国すべての国際法および

欧州法研究者の長期的な協力によって可能になり、

国際的な学術的議論で彼らを聞くことを可能にしました。

第1巻以来、オランダに拠点を置くヨーロッパ最大の法律出版社の1つである

Brill/Martinus Nijhoff Publishersから出版されており、

この科学雑誌の世界的な流通を確保しています。

同時に、この法律出版物は、国際法およびヨーロッパ法における現代の学術的バルト

諸国の伝統を強化することに貢献し、

新しい法律研究者を国際法およびヨーロッパ法のテーマに興味を持たせました。

バルト海国際法年鑑は、さまざまな科学的な議論の中で教義の源泉として

ますます役立つことが多くなっています。長年にわたり、

多くの法律研究者が、バルト諸国の占領の法的問題とその法的影響の分析に関する

科学論文を年鑑に発表してきました。

それは、ラトビア、エストニア、リトアニアの国家の

連続性の原則を科学的法的方法に基づいて明確にし、

理解を強化することが、共同編集長(ラトビアのI.ツィエメレ、

エストニアのL.メルクスー、リトアニアのD.ジャリマス)の

主要なトピックの一つであったという事実によって、

大部分が可能になった。年鑑が国際的に有名であるため、

この研究の結果は国際的な科学談話にも広く利用できるようになりました。

2018年以降、Baltic Yearbook of International Lawの

編集委員会はリガ法学研究科で

運営されています。独立回復後、この学校は、

国際法と欧州連合法、および人権法におけるラトビアの

能力を強化するために設立されました。

学校は、エストニア、ラトビア、リトアニアの3つのバルト

の100周年に捧げられた第17巻から出版を引き継ぎました。
