공중 도덕 결여

 

많은 사람들이 품위법을 위반하는 사람들의 수에 대한 우려를 표명하기 위해

 소셜 미디어를 이용했다. 다른 사람들은 단정하게 옷을 입는 것은

단순히 존중의 문제라고 주장한다.

몰타법 338조는 공공장소에서 비키니를 입은 채 보이는 것을 경범죄로 규정하고 있다.
요즘 여름이 다가오면서 비키니 옷이 많이 눈에 뛴다.

게다가 게스트는 로타리클럽 만찬에 거의 비키니처럼 보이는 원피스 드레스를 입는다.
아무리 더워도 예의를 갖추는 것이 중요하다.

누구든지 보면 바로 경찰서로 데려가겠다. 
공동체 사회에서 규칙이 무너지면 가난한 사회가 된다.

 

공공장소 또는 대중에게 공개된 장소에서 예배를 드리는 행위는 위법이다. 
형법 제165조(1)항; 
(b) 동일한 날짜, 시간, 장소 및 상황에, 달리 명시되지 않은 방식으로 
고의로 공공의 안녕 질서를 문란하게 한 경우, 형법에 규정된 경우 
공공의 안녕 및 이는 형법 제338(dd)조에 위배된다. 
(c) 동일한 날짜, 시간, 장소 및 상황에 공개된 공공 장소나 장소에서 
대중은 술에 취해 자신을 돌볼 능력이 없는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 
형법 338(ff)조 위반; 
(d) 동일한 날짜, 시간, 장소 및 상황에 항구, 해변 또는 
그 밖의 공공장소에서 벌거벗은 모습을 보이거나 음란한 옷을 입은 경우

많은 관광객들이 그 사실이 범법행위인지 모른다.
이는 엄중한 경범죄이므로 처벌을 받을 수 있다.
부끄럽게 생각하는 사람들이 없다는 사실이 어처구니 없다.
 비키니를 입고 길을 걷는 것과 고성방가는 경범죄다.
이 여성은 오늘 경찰에 구속됐다.
신고는 몰타에서 가장 바람직한 일이지만, 
방치하면 더욱 난잡한 사회로 이어질 것입니다.

No matter how hot it is, it is important to be polite.

If I see anyone, I will take them all straight to the police station.

of Article 165(1) of the Criminal Code; 
(b) on the same date, time, place and circumstances, in any manner not otherwise 
provided for in the Criminal Code, wilfully disturbed the public good order or the 
public peace and this in contravention of Article 338(dd) of the Criminal Code; 
(c) on the same date, time, place and circumstances, in any public place or place open to 
the public, is found drunk and incapable of taking care of herself and this in 
contravention of Article 338(ff) of the Criminal Code; 
(d) on the same date, time, place and circumstances, in the harbours, on the seashore or 
in any other public place, exposes himself naked or is indecently dressed and this in 
contravention of Article 338(q) of the Criminal Code;

There are many shameful people who think

 that walking down the street in a bikini is not a crime.
This woman was taken into police custody today.
Reporting is the most desirable thing to do in Malta,
