일식 먹칠하는 스시점

 

영국, 아일랜드, 몰타에는 이 국적 불명의 스시집이 있다.

와가마마 라는 뜻도 이기주의자라는 일본어인데 

제목부터 형편없는 스시점이다.

아일랜드에서도 맛이 중국식이더니 이곳은 네팔식이다.

도무지 왜 스시집인지도 이해불가이며 정말 맛이 형편없었다.

거기에 비하여 가격은 매우 높으며 회전식까지 그럴싸하지만

이런 음식을 먹고 일식이라고 착각하는 외국인이 불쌍하다.

 

특히 스시는 일본 전통은 남자만 만든다. 

이유는 손의 온도 때문이다. 매우 정갈하고 정성을 들인 스시

아무리 외국 음식이 무작위로 들어와도 전통적 맛을 완전 버린 

이름만 일식이 넘쳐난다.

タイトルからしてひどい寿司屋です。
味はアイルランドでは中華風でしたが、ここはネパール風です。
なぜ寿司屋なのかも分かりませんし、味も本当にひどいものでした。
それに比べると価格は非常に高く、回転テーブルでもリーズナブルですが、
こんなものを日本食と間違えて食べる外国人は可哀想です。


特に寿司は男性だけが作る日本の伝統です。
その理由は手の温度です。とても丁寧で手の込んだお寿司
どんなに無作為に外国の食べ物が入ってきても、

伝統の味は完全に放棄されています。
名前だけ日食だらけです。
