더블린 세인트 스테판 공원만 공개 시작

아일랜드 더블린은 다른 나라와 다른 특색이 팝이 주로 1층에 있으며 투숙료보다
팝에서 수익이 높다. 팝은 밤새도록 맥주를 마시고 노는 곳인데
이러한 수입이 높으므로  도심 더블린은 팝호텔이 즐비하다.

하지만 코로나 바이러스로 모두 문을 닫았고 이들의 피해는 많다.

백조는 한 마리, 전부 자세히 보면 갈매기와 많은 비둘기들이다.
리피강 근처의 맨션은 갈매기가 많았는데 스테판 공원 근처 맨션에는  비둘기가 많다.

白鳥は一匹、すべて詳しく見るとカモメと多くの鳩。

거의 석달을 봉쇄한 유럽 특히 아일랜드의 현재는

죽음과 생활고 두 가지가 겹쳐 있다.

그럼에도 불구하고 생업에 종사하는 사람들과
일상생활의 불편함과 생활비 벌지 못하는 사람들이 고생하고 있다.

또한 무조건 봉쇄되어 갇히 외국인에 체류를  2달 연장만 했다.

호텔 폐쇄로 인한 거부, 카드 사용 등에 문제가 발생하고 있다.

외국인 불편을 생각지 않고 자국민과 같이 봉쇄한 이유다.

 

 

Two pains overlap between death and life now blockades

ヨーロッパ、特にアイルランドのほぼ3ヶ月を封鎖した現在、

死と生活の2つの苦痛が重なっています生業に従事する人々と
日常生活の不便さと生活費稼ぐことができない人が苦労している。

また、無条件封鎖されて閉じ込められ、外国人に無条件滞在を2ヶ月延長だけだった。

ホテルの閉鎖による拒否、カードの使用などに問題が発生している。

外国人の不便を考えずに自国民のように封鎖した理由だ。

 

 

외국인 중에 유럽인을 제외하고는 비자가 없다.

비자를 신청할 출입국 관리국이 봉쇄되었고 언제 문을 열지 모른다.

여기에 은행 구좌 없는 외국인, 비자 없는 외국인에 대한 처우가 매우 무책임하다.

은행 구좌가 없는 외국인은 외국 카드 받지 않으며 현금만 사용하게 한다.

최소 6개월을 현금으로 가진 외국인이 드물다.

특히 현금 카드 작동 하지 않으며 외국인 환전소도 문을 닫았다.

송금도 받지 못한다. 이러한 문제로 지금 아일랜드 정부에 불만을 토로하고 있다.

 

Some foreigners have no visa other than Europeans.
