높은 물가나라  세계 1위 스위스의 부동산 가격은 얼마일까 조사해보았다.

I looked at how much Swiss real estate prices are, the world's No. 1 high price country.

高い物価の国世界1位のスイスの不動産価格はいくらなのか調べてみた。

스위스는 부동산 국가 자격증이 없다.
이유는 매도, 매입인이  직접 관공서에서 계약하기 때문이다.

부동산 업자는 소개료 1%내지 2%를 파는 사람에게만 받는다. 월세도 주인에게만 받는다.

Switzerland does not qualify as a real estate state.
The reason is that the buyer contracts directly at the government office.
Real estate agents receive only one to two percent of the referral fee; rents also receive only to the owner.

スイスには不動産国家資格はありません。
理由は売り、買主が直接官公庁で契約するからである。
不動産業者は、紹介料の1%から2%を売る人だけを受け取る。家賃も所有者にのみ受け取る。

외국인이 매입가능하지만 입국 비자와는 별개이며 최저 취리히는 10억원  주어도  매물이 없다.

Foreigners are available to buy, but apart from the entry visa,

 the minimum Zurich gives 1 billion won, but there is no get it.

外国人が買い取り可能ですが、入国ビザとは別に、最低チューリッヒは10億ウォン与えても物件がない。

보통 원하는 주택은 1백억이상 2백억도 넘는다.
더구나 호수가는 더욱 가격이 높으며 매물이 나오면 바로 나간다.

Usually, the desired housing exceeds 10 billion won or more 20 billion won.
The lake side also priced higher and buys as soon as the property comes out.

通常、希望する住宅は100億以上200億を超える。
また湖はさらに価格が高く、物件が出るとすぐに買う。
