럭비 월드컵 2019는 2019년 9월 20일부터 11월 2일 일본에서 개최 예정인 제9회 럭비 월드컵.

아시아 최초의 개최가 되다.

ラグビーワールドカップ2019は、2019年9月20日から11月2日に

日本で開催予定の第9回ラグビーワールドカップ。アジア初の開催となる

2018년 1월 26일"렌 지"(Ren-G)이 발표됐다.가부키 연극의 연사자를 모티브로 한

부모와 자식 페어(백발의 "렌"과 적발의 "지")에서, 모두 얼굴은 럭비 볼 형으로 되어 있다.

실적이 있는 디자이너·제작 팀 등 총 10조 지명 경쟁에서 50작품의 응모가 있었다.

조직위 직원 투표와 월드 럭비의 의향 등에서 결정했다. 럭비 W배에서 마스코트 채용은

1999년 웨일스 대회 이후 6대회 만에 21세기 돌입 후 이것이 처음의 마스코트 대회다.

Ren-G, or Ren-G, was announced on January 26, 2018.It is a pair of parents and

children (white-haired "ren" and red-haired "jee") modeled on a serial lion in a kabuki performance,

and both faces are rugby balls.

50 pieces of work were applied for at a designated competition in 10 groups,

including a proven designer and production team.The selection of mascots

for the World Rugby World Cup was decided by members of the organizing committee

and by the intention of World Rugby. This will be the first mascot since the beginning

of the 21st century after the World Cup.

2018年1月26日に「レンジー」（Ren-G）が発表された。

歌舞伎演目の連獅子をモチーフにした親子ペア（白髪の「レン」と赤髪の「ジー」）で、

ともに顔はラグビーボール型となっている。

実績のあるデザイナー・制作チームなど計10組の指名コンペにて、50作品の応募があった。

組織委職員の投票やワールドラグビーの意向などで決定した.ラグビーW杯でのマスコット採用は、

1999年のウェールズ大会以来、6大会ぶりで21世紀突入後としてはこれが初めてのマスコット大会となる。

일본 대회 조직위는 대회 보증료로 국제 총괄 단체"월드 럭비"(WR)에 9600만파운드(약 185억엔)를, 협찬금, 방송권료는 WR에 들어가계약이 되고 있다는.또 대회 운영비 자체는 개최국이 전액 부담하는 규칙이며 주로 입장권 수입(목표는 300억엔으로도)에 의존하게 된다.대회조직위원회는 국내 기업만정 로컬 스폰서 제도 도입의 허가를 받았지만 일단 WR의 자금 중 필요분을 환류하는 형식이었다.
