수사관들 사이에서는 크래지 핼러윈 사건으로 불렸다.핼러윈 앞 주말인 10월 28일 도쿄 시부야 구의 센터가에서 경트럭이 횡전된 사건으로 차 위로 올라가 춤추는 등 난동을 부리던 폭도들이 체포됐다.

폭력 행위등 처벌법 위반(집단적 기물 손괴)의 혐의로 5일, 경시청 수사 1과에 체포된 것은 회사원의 코지하라 쇼다이(20=세타가야구), 미용사의 코쿠분 루오(20=메구로구), 토건업의 카와무라 타카아키(22=야마나시현 후지요시타시), 도비직의 쿠로기 유타(27=카와사키시) 등 4 용의자.수사1과는 현장 주변에 있는 250여대의 폐쇄회로(CC)TV 영상을 분석해 프랑스인과 벨기에인을 포함한 남자 15명이 연루된 것으로 보고 10명의 신원을 특정. 특히 악질적인 4명을 체포하고 17-37세, 나머지 11명을 불구속입건할 방침이다. 11월 1일 새벽까지 연인원 31만3000명이 몰려들어 여성이 가슴과 엉덩이, 음부를 만지는 등 피해가 속출하면서 모두 19명이 체포됐다.

Investigators called the "Crazy Halloween Incident."On Oct. 28, Tokyo, on the weekend before Halloween, a small truck was overturned in the center street of Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, and a group of violent mobsters were arrested, including riding and dancing on a car.
　The first section of the Metropolitan Police Department's investigation was arrested on July 5 on suspicion of violating the law on collective property damage.Police suspect 15 men, including French and Belgians, participated in the video analysis of about 250 security cameras around the scene, identified the identity of 10 others, and arrested four of them, and examined the remaining 11 people aged 17-37.

捜査員の間では「クレージーハロウィーン事件」と呼ばれていた。ハロウィーン前の週末の１０月２８日、東京・渋谷区のセンター街で軽トラックが横転させられた事件で、車の上に乗って踊るなど乱痴気騒ぎしていた暴徒たちが逮捕された。

　暴力行為等処罰法違反（集団的器物損壊）の疑いで５日、警視庁捜査１課に逮捕されたのは会社員の糀原翔大（２０＝世田谷区）、美容師の国分陸央（２０＝目黒区）、土建業の川村崇彰（２２＝山梨県富士吉田市）、とび職の黒木裕太（２７＝川崎市）ら４容疑者。

　　捜査１課は現場周辺にある約２５０台の防犯カメラの映像を分析し、フランス人やベルギー人を含む男１５人が関与したとみて、１０人の身元を特定。特に悪質だった４人を逮捕し、１７～３７歳の残り１１人を書類送検する方針だ。から１１月１日未明の間、延べ３１万３０００人が詰めかけ、女性が胸や尻、陰部を触られるなど、被害が続出し、計１９人が逮捕された.
