펠렐리우 주(Peleliu)는 팔라우의 주로, 앙가우르 주 북동쪽과 코로르 남서쪽에 위치한다. 주도는 클루클루베드(Kloulklubed)이며 면적은 13km2, 인구는 700명(2004년 기준)이다. 북쪽으로는 멜레케오크 주, 동쪽으로는 가르드마우 주, 남쪽으로는 가라르드 주와 접한다. 팔라우에서 세 번째로 인구가 많은 주이며 주민들은 대부분 클루클루베드(Kloulklubed, 북서쪽), 이멜레촐(Imelechol, 북동쪽), 라데미상(Lademisang, 남단), 옹게우이델(Ongeuidel, 북단) 마을에 거주한다.펠렐리우 섬 및 주변 제도를 관할한다. 펠렐리우 섬은 태평양 전쟁 당시 연합군과 일본군의 펠렐리우 전투가 벌어졌던 곳으로, 미군에서는 펠렐리우 섬에서의 전투를 "교착 작전"(Operation Stalemate)이라 불렀다. 2015년 천황 방문 기념으로 매년 4월9일 이 주의 법령으로 축일로 정했다,

Peleliu is located primarily in Palau, northeast of the Angaur State and southwest of Coror. It is led by Kloukluebed, with an area of 13 square kilometers and a population of 700 as of 2004. It is bordered by Melekeok to the north, Gard-Mau to the east, and Garard to the south. It is the third most populous state in Palau, and residents mostly live in the Kloulklubed, Onden, Imelechol, and Raden.

Pellelio Island and the surrounding Islands. Peleliu Island was the place where the Battle of Pelerio was fought during the Pacific War between the Allied and Japanese forces, and was called the Battle of Peleriu Island an " Operation Stalemate " by the US Army.

ペリリュー州の島は太平洋戦争中にペリリューの戦いの舞台ともなった。日米の部隊が海岸線で戦闘を行い日本軍は玉砕し、アメリカ軍も多くの死傷者を出した。島内の遺骨や戦闘による遺棄物に触れたり、持ち出したりすることは禁止されている。

2011年度（平成23年度）にはパラオ政府・ペリリュー州政府との協力の下、日本の厚生労働省によって遺骨収集が行われている.

2015年4月9日に今上天皇・皇后がペリリュー島を慰霊のために訪問することを受け、4月9日を「天皇皇后両陛下ご訪問の日」として、法律で州の祝日に制定している.
