셰이크 섁(Shake Shack)은 미국의 핫도그와 햄버거를 중심으로 2004년 설립된 패스트 캐주얼 레스토랑 체인점이다. 일본 도쿄 분점이 있으며 연일 만원사례와 줄서기로 인기를 끌고 있는 미국 타임스퀘어애 있는 햄버거 맛을 그대로 옮겨왔다.

Shake Shack is an American fast casual restaurant chain based in New York City. It started out as a food cart inside Madison Square Park in 2000, and its popularity steadily grew. It eventually moved to a stand within the park, expanding its menu from New York-style hamburgers to one with hamburgers, hotdogs, fries and its namesake milkshakes. The company emphasizes that its meat is completely free of hormones and antibiotics.Since its founding it has been one of the fastest-growing food chains eventually becoming a public company filing for an initial public offering of stock in late 2014. Initial price of its shares was at $21 immediately rising by 123% to $47 on their first day of trading.

2014年末に株式公開申請を行い12月29日に証券取引委員会に提出した内容によると、1年以上の間に開店した店舗の売上高の伸びが2012年末時点での7%から9月28日締めの年度までに3%までに鈍化したとされる。

미국 이외의 국가로는  런던, 이스탄불, 모스크바, 베이루트, 두바이, 아부다비,도하, 쿠웨이트 도시에 출점하고 있다.일본에서는 사사비 리그와 함께, 2015년 11월 13일에 도쿄에서 1호점이 메이지 진구 가이엔에서 개업하였고 2020년까지 10개 점포까지 늘릴 계획이다.

Shake Shack has outlets in a number of international cities including Tokyo, London, Cardiff, Istanbul, Moscow, Beirut, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Kuwait City, Riyadh and Jeddah.

アメリカ合衆国外ではロンドン、イスタンブール、モスクワ、ベイルート、ドバイ、アブダビ、ドーハ、クゥエート市といった都市に出店している.日本ではサザビーリーグと組み、2015年11月13日に東京で1号店を明治神宮外苑内に開業し、2020年までに10店舗まで増やす予定である.
