JUnk Food- 정크 푸드

 

 정크 푸드(Junk food, 쓰레기 음식) 또는 부실음식은 높은 열량을 갖고, 약간의 기본 영양소는 포함하고 있으나 영양가 없는 인스턴트 음식이나 패스트 푸드를 총칭하는 단어이다. 충치를 유발하는 당분이 많이 첨가되어 당뇨의 원인이 되거나, 지방, 염분 등과 같은 식품 첨가물을 많이 포함하고 있어 성인병, 비만을 유발시키는 등의 건강에 좋지 않은 음식도 포함한다. 대표적인 정크푸드로는 탄산 음료, 감자튀김, 햄버거 등이 있다.

Junk food is a pejorative term for cheap food containing high levels of calories from sugar or fat with little fiber, protein, vitamins or minerals. Use of the term implies that a particular food has little "nutritional value" and contains excessive fat, sugar, salt, and calories. Junk food can also refer to high protein food like meat prepared with saturated fat -which some believe may be unhealthy, although some studies have shown no correlation between saturated fat and cardiovascular diseases. many hamburger outlets, fried chicken outlets and the like supply food is considered as junk food.better source needed. Despite being labeled as "junk," such foods usually do not pose any immediate health concerns and are generally safe when integrated into a well balanced diet. However, concerns about the negative health effects resulting from the consumption of a "junk food"-heavy diet, especially obesity, have resulted in public health awareness campaigns, and restrictions on advertising and sale in several countries.

ジャンクフード（英: junk food）とは、栄養価のバランスを著しく欠いた食品のこと。高カロリー、高塩分だが、他の栄養素であるビタミンやミネラルや食物繊維があまり含まれない食べ物。「ジャンク」とは、英語で「がらくた」「屑」の意。英国食品基準庁は、ジャンクフードを「高カロリー、高塩分、または多量の砂糖を含んだ食品」と定義している.

그러나 역시 싼 것은 비지떡.

맛없는 음식을 보니 사람도 맛에 비유하면 그렇지만

별 오지랖에 제 인생도 못 챙기면서  주제넘은 자 많다.

저가 믿는 신에게 남을 위한 기도하는 척하는 가식의 글.
