더블린 강가는 매우 고요하다.
자유롭게 보트를 타는 학생들이 보인다.

아름다운 옷과 샤넬 매장이 무색한 요즘이다.
옷을 입고 갈 곳이 없다는 현실이다.

 

The beautiful clothes and Chanel store are now useless.
There is no place to go dressed.

 

美しい服とシャネルの店は今役に立たない。

코로나바이러스 전염병인 COVID-19로 인한 불확실성에 비추어, 장관의 국내법이나

 권한에 따라 2020년 8월 20일부터 2020년 9월 20일까지 만료되는 현재

유효한 허가를 받은 모든 사람 또는 2004/38/EC 지침

(자유운동 지침)에 따라 다음 통지가 적용된다.
2020년 8월 20일과 2020년 9월 20일부터 만료될 예정인 모든 허가는

장관이 1개월 동안 자동으로 갱신한다.,허가 갱신은 기존 허가와 동일한

조건이 첨부된 것과 동일한 기준에 따라 이루어진다.,

2004/38/EC(자유운동지침)에 따라 기존 허가를 받은 사람과

관련하여, 자동 갱신은 지침의 요건을 준수하고 있다는 요건을 따른다.

2020년 3월 20일, 2020년 5월 13일, 2020년 7월 16일의 통지로 갱신된

모든 허가는 2020년 8월 20일에서 2020년 9월 20일 사이에

새로운 만료일이 있는 이 통지에 의해 1개월 더 자동으로 갱신된다.

 

 

 

In light of the uncertainties caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, COVID-19,

 the following notice applies to all persons with a current valid permission

due to expire from 20th August 2020 and 20th September 2020,

whether pursuant to domestic law or powers of the Minister, or Directive 2004/38/EC (Free Movement Directive).

All such permissions that are due to expire from 20th August 2020

and 20th September 2020 are automatically renewed by the Minister for a period of 1 month.

The renewal of permission is on the same basis as the exist

ing permission and the same conditions attach. In relation to persons with

existing permission under Directive 2004/38/EC

 (Free Movement Directive), the automatic renewal is subject to the requirement that

the person is complying with the requirements of the Directive.
Any permission that was renewed by the notices of 20th March 2020,

13th May 2020 and 16th July 2020 which therefore has a new expiry date

 between 20th August 2020 and 20th September 2020 is

automatically renewed by this notice for a further 1 month.

 

 

 

コロナウイルスのパンデミックであるCOVID-19による不確実性を考慮して、

2020年8月20日から2020年9月20日までの有効期限が切れた現在有効な許可を得た

すべての人に、大臣、または指令2004/38 / EC(自由運動指令)。
2020年8月20日から2020年9月20日まで期限が切れる予定の許可はすべて、

大臣によって1ヶ月間自動的に更新されます。,許可の更新は、

新しい有効期限が、この通知によってさらに1ヶ月間自動的に更新されます。

 

 

 

아일랜드 정부는 지난 3월 16일 이민국이 문을 닫았고

모든 입국자는 5월 30일까지 사람에게 2개월 연장했다.
그러나 코로나 바이러스는 멈추지 않고 있으며
9월 20일 재연장했으나 다시 10월 20일로 연장되고 있다.

재갱신자와 이민자만 받고 있는 실정이다. 결국 5개월 연장한 셈이다.

 

 

 

Irish government closed immigration office  on 16 March

All incoming people extended to the person by two months until May 30.
But the coronavirus doesn't stop,
It re-extended on 20 September, but is again extended on 20 October.

Only renew and immigrants are receiving it.

 

 

アイルランド政府は3月16日に移民が閉鎖された

すべての入国者は5月30日まで人に2ヶ月延長した。
しかし、コロナウイルスは止まらず、
9月20日再延長したが、再び10月20日に延長されている。

再更新者と移民だけが受け取っているのが実情だ。
