아일랜드 벽돌집과 콘크리트 집

아일랜드는 벽돌집이 대부분이지만 새로 지은 건물이나 

아파트는 철근 콘크리트 빌딩이 있다. 보기에도 모던하고 튼튼해 보인다.
물론 내부도 전혀 다르다. 나는 지금 18세기 벽돌 아파트에 산다. 

내부는 전부 개조하여 현대식이지만 기본적으로 목조 주택의 형식이다. 

도심을 벗어나면 좋은 새로운 주택들이 들어서고 

특히 바다를 끼고 보이는 집들은 역시 

가격도 높도 아주 잘 지어진 집들이 많다. 

보스톤 하버드 스퀘어 주변에도 빅토리아식 목조주택이 있으며 

그곳에서 살아 본 경험을 비출 때 

역시 18세기 이전 집들은 매우 춥고 관리를 잘해야 한다. 

하지만 요즘 건물들은 난방은 물론 방음이 잘되어서 불편함이 없다. 

운치있고 클래식한 분위기 좋아하는 사람들은 

벽돌집에 난로 있는 집을 선호할 것이다.

외향은 벽돌집이지만 내부는 초현대식 집들도 많아서

외관으로 판단하기 매우 힘든 집들이다. 
아일랜드 더블린에는 소나무가 의외로 크게 잘 자라는 것 같다.

너무나 높이 자란 소나무를 보면서 매우 놀라게 되었다. 

 

Ireland has most brick houses, but new buildings 

and apartments have reinforced concrete buildings. 

They look modern and strong.

Of course, the interior is completely different. I live in an 18th-century brick apartment. It’s modern, but basically wooden.

There are many new houses that are good 

when you leave  the city center, and especially the houses

that are seen in the sea are very well built, too.

There is also a Victorian wooden house around Boston Harvard  Square,

 and when you experience living there, 

the houses before the 18th century 

should be very cold and manageable.

But these days, buildings are not uncomfortable

 because of the good insulation as well as heating, 

and those who like the classic and classical atmosphere 

will prefer a house with a fireplace in a brick house.

The outskirts are brick houses, 

but the interior is very difficult to judge by the appearance

because there are many ultra-modern houses.

In Dublin, Ireland, pine trees seem to grow surprisingly well.
I was very surprised to see the pine tree that grew so high.

 

アイルランドはレンガ造りの家がほとんどですが、

新しい建物やアパートには鉄筋コンクリートビルがあり、

モダンで頑丈に見えます。
もちろん、内部はまったく異なります。私は今18世紀のレンガ造りの

アパートに住んでいます。内部はすべて改造して

近代的なが、基本的に木造住宅の形式である。

都心から抜け出すと、新しい家が立ち上がり
特に海を挟んで見える家はやはり
価格も高くても、非常によく建てられた家が多い。

ボストンハーバーズスクエア周辺にもビクトリア式

木造住宅があり、そこでの生活の経験を照らすときやはり

18世紀以前の家は非常に寒く管理を上手なければならない。
しかし、最近の建物は、暖房はもちろん、

防音がよくなって不便がない。

風情的でクラシックな雰囲気の好きな人々は

レンガ造りの家はストーブの家を好むだろう。
外向はレンガ造りの家だが、内部には超近代的な

家も多くて外観で判断するのが非常に難しい家です。
アイルランドのダブリンには、

松が意外に大きくよく育つようだ。

とても高く育った松を見て非常に驚いた。
