변호사 호칭

패션쇼에 관한 순서를 정하면서 사실 스피치 불필요한 사람도 있다.

하지만 본인이 강력하게 원하기에 이름을 넣어주는 경우가 있으며

특히 정부 기관에서 일하는 변호사는 여러 번 자신의 직함을

밝히기를 꺼려한다.

그러한 이유로  솔리시터라고 쓰라고 한다. 

변호사라는 직함을 굳이 이래야 하는가 생각하지만

원하는 대로 써주는 것이 예의라 생각한다. 

 

 

필리핀에서도

경험한 명함에 Attorney at law 라고 씌여있었다.

여기는 Notary도 같은 명함을 사용하고 있었다.

몰타에서 solicitor는 Notary와 분류하는지에 대한 것은 의문이다.

변호사 호칭이 여러가지라는 점도 알게 된다.

변호사와 사무 변호사는 같은 용어다. 
솔리시터는 변호사는 자격증을 취득한 사람을 지칭하는 용어다.
 법적 조언을 제공하거나 법정에서 고객을 대리할 수 있습니다.
 여기에는 변호사, 변호사 및 공인 법률 임원이 포함된다. 
변호사와 변호사라는 두 용어는 같은 의미로 사용된다. 
영국에서는 본질적으로 같은 의미다.

 

Attorney at law

변호사 또는 변호사, 일반적으로 축약된다.
변호사와의 일상 대화에서
특정 관할권에서 개업 변호사에게 선호되는 용어다. 
남아프리카공화국(특정 변호사의 경우), 스리랑카, 필리핀,
그리고 미국. 캐나다에서는 
이는 퀘벡에서만 avocat의 영어 용어로 사용된다. 
이 용어는 attorn이라는 동사에 뿌리를 두고 있다. 
자신의 권리와 의무를 다른 사람에게 양도하는 것을 의미한다.

A lawyer and a solicitor are the same terms. 

A lawyer is a term that describes anyone who is licensed

 and can provide legal advice or represent clients in court.

 It includes solicitors, barristers and chartered legal executives. 

Both terms, lawyers and solicitors, are used interchangeably 

in the UK but essentially mean the same thing.

 

Attorney at law

Attorney at law or attorney-at-law, usually abbreviated

 in everyday speech to attorney,

 is the preferred term for a practising lawyer in certain jurisdictions, 

including South Africa (for certain lawyers), Sri Lanka, the Philippines,

 and the United States. In Canada,

 it is used only in Quebec as the English term for avocat. 

The term has its roots in the verb to attorn, 

meaning to transfer one's rights and obligations to another.

 

 

弁護士 solicitor

弁護士と弁護士は同じ言葉です。 
弁護士とは、資格を持った人を指す言葉です
 法的アドバイスを提供したり、

法廷で顧客の代理をしたりすることができます。
 これには、弁護士、法廷弁護士、公認法務幹部が含まれます。 
弁護士と弁護士という両方の用語は同じ意味で使用されます 
イギリスでは使われていますが、本質的には同じ意味です。



弁護士 Attorney at law

自分の権利や義務を他人に譲渡することを意味します。
