카지·개스딘은, 방글라데시의 화가. 마다리푸르현 출신.
1970년 방글라데시 예술대학을 졸업하고 미술학사를 역임한 1972년 치타곤 대학 대학원 석사과정. 1975년 문부성 국비유학생으로 일본으로 건너갔다.1985년 동경예술대학에서 PhD를 취득한다. 후쿠오카시미술관, 방글라데시 국립미술관, 방글라데시 근대미술관 등에 작품의 소장이 있다. 2018년 봄 천황으로부터 훈장 수요받음.

Kazi Gassdin is a Bangladeshi painter.
He was born in Madari Poole Banglades.
In 1970, he graduated from Bangladesh University of the Arts and received a bachelor of arts degree, and in 1972, his master's program at the graduate school of the University of Chittagong was completed. In 1975, he moved to Japan as a government-sponsored foreign student under the Ministry of Education.1985: He acquired PhD at Tokyo University of the Arts.

His works are in the possession of the Fukuoka City Art Museum, the Bangladesh National Museum and the Bangladesh Museum of Modern Art, etc. Artist Kazi Ghiyasuddin received Japan’s ‘Order of the Rising Sun’ honour.

カジ・ギャスディンは、バングラデシュの画家。マダリプール県出身。
1970年バングラデシュ芸術大学卒業し美術学士を取得1972年チッタゴン大学大学院修士課程終了。1975年、文部省国費留学生として日本に渡る。1985年東京藝術大学でPhDを取得する。 福岡市美術館、バングラデシュ国立美術館、バングラデシュ近代美術館などに作品の所蔵がある。2018年春の叙勲で旭日双光章を受章.

30년 넘게 일본에 거주했고 지금도 고향인 방글라데시와 일본을 오가며 작품을 계속 발표하고 있다.몇 년 전에는 구미 미술출판사에서 3 00페이지에 달하는 화집이 출판되는 등 항상 미술의 최전선에서 활약하고 있다.
자연이 나에게 그림을 그리게 하죠. 라고 표현하는 화가는 물과 자연을 그린다.

He has lived in Japan for more than 30 years and continues to present his work while coming and going between his homeland of Bangladesh and Japan. A few years ago, he was always active on the front lines of art, such as the publication of a collection of paintings ranging from300 pages  by an art publisher in Europe.

30 年以上日本に在住し、現在も故郷のバングラデシュと日本を行き来しながら、作品を発表し続けている。数年前には欧米の美術出版社から3 0 0 頁に及ぶ画集が出版されるなど、常にアートの最前線で活躍している。
