자민당 대회

세이와 정책 연구회는 자유 민주당 파벌. 옛 칭호는 세이와회 약칭은 세이와 켄.
당내에서는, 헤이세이 연구회와 굉지회와 함께 보수의 명문 정파이다. 자민당 내에서는 보수 합동의 일본 민주당(기시 노부스케, 하토야마 이치로 측)의 맥락.일본 민주당의 "반·요시다 시게루"노선을 기원에 있어 친미를 기조로 하면서도 자주 헌법론 및 개헌론을 제기하고 재군비에 적극적인 등 비교적 강경파 색채가 강한 냉전기에는 그 반공 주의 성향의 반영으로서 한국과 대만에 독자적인 인맥을 가졌다.

The Seiwa Policy Research Association is a faction of the Liberal Democratic Party (the Tokaikai faction). former name was Ken Seiwa-kai, an abbreviation of Seiwa-kai. Within the party, it is one of the most prestigious conservative factions along with Heisei Kenkyukai and Koikekai.He was a descendant of the Japanese Democratic Party (Shinsuke KISHI and Ichiro HATOYAMA's faction) during the merger of conservative parties within the LDP.Since it originated in the 'anti-Yoshida Shigeru' line of the Democratic Party of Japan, it was strongly pro-Taiwanese people who advocated independent constitutionalism and constitutional revision based on pro-American principles and actively supported rearmament.

清和政策研究会は、自由民主党の派閥（十日会系）。旧称は清和会略称は清和研。

党内では、平成研究会や宏池会と並ぶ保守の名門派閥である。自民党内では保守合同時の日本民主党（岸信介・鳩山一郎派）の流れを汲む。日本民主党の「反・吉田茂」路線を起源に持つため、親米を基調としながらも自主憲法論・憲法改正論を唱え、再軍備に積極的であるなど比較的タカ派色が強く、冷戦期にはその反共主義志向の反映として、韓国・台湾に独自の人脈を持った。
