세이와 정책연구회  혹은 세이와켄(淸和硏)은 일본 자유민주당의 파벌이다. 옛 명칭은 세이와카이(淸和会)였다.

The Seiwa Policy Research Group is a faction of the Liberal Democratic Party (Tokamachi). Formerly the Seiwa Kai.

清和政策研究会は、自由民主党の派閥（十日会系）。旧称は清和会。略称は清和研。
