Slow city 란 무엇인가.

옥스포드 사전에도 나와 있다.

많은 공원을 제공하고 지역 지역에서 재배되는

음식을 사용함으로써 좋은 환경을 장려하려는 마을이나 도시를  가르키는 단어다.

 

슬로우 시티(Slow Citieslow)는 이탈리아에서 유래한 새로운 도시 모드다.

1999년 슬로우 푸드 운동에서 영감을 받아 이탈리아의

네 작은 마을들은 느린 삶을 옹호하고,

세계화 배경으로부터 지역적 특징을 보호하며,

지역 주민들의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해

"시타슬로 인터내셔널"을 설립할 것이라고 발표했다.

Cittaslow International은 인구 5만 명 미만,

자동차 사용 제한 및 도시 거리의 속도 제한을 시속 20km 이하로

제한하는 등 느린 도시에 대한 많은 임계값을 충족한다.

소음 관리 시스템과 가능한 한 적은 광고 게시판과 네온 조명을 가지고 있다.

충족된 다른 요구 사항으로는 전체 환경 하수 생태 처리 시스템을 갖추고

세계화의 배경에 대비하여 도시의 성격을 보존하는 것,

특히 지역 상징으로 중요한 제품을 보호하려는 시작이다. 

 

자동차도 범프로 속력을 내지 못하게 하고

음식도 전부 페스트 푸드 없애고 집에서 친환경으로 만들어야 하며

대부분 걸어다녀야 하고 수퍼나 편의 시설은 외곽으로 만든다면

과연 편리한 현대인에게 가능한 제도일까 생각하게 된다. 

 

친환경이나 슬로우 시티는 바쁘게 사는 현대인에게 가능할지 모르지만

영국과 일본을 비롯한 많은 나라들이 시험으로 시작하기는 했다.

하지만 이 방법은 실패한 케이스에 속한다.

Slow Cities, or Cittaslow, is a new urban mode that originated in Italy. 

In 1999, inspired by the Slow Food movement, four small Italian towns 

announced they would establish “Cittaslow International” 

to devote themselves to advocating slow living, 

protecting local features against the background of globalization,

 and improving the quality of life of local residents. 

Cittaslow International meets many threshold requirements

 for a slow city, such as having a population of less 

than 50,000; restricting the use of autos 

and limiting the speed limitI on urban streets to no higher than

 20km/h; having a noise management system 

and as few advertising bulletin boards and neon lightsew as possible.

 Other requirements met include having 

an entire environmental urban sewage eco-disposal systemand ensuring preservation of the personality of the city against

 the background of globalization - 

especially protecting products significant as local symbols.

スローシティ、またはシタスローは、イタリアで生まれた新しい都市モードです。

1999年、スローフード運動に触発され、4つの小さなイタリアの町では、

ゆっくりとした生活を擁護し、グローバリゼーションの背景から地元の特徴を保護し、

地元住民の生活の質を向上させるために「Cittaslow International」を設立すると発表しました。

Cittaslow Internationalは、人口が50,000人未満であるなど、

低速都市のための多くの閾値要件を満たしています。

自動車の使用を制限し、都市街路の制限Iを20km / h以下に制限する。

ノイズ管理システムと、できるだけ広告掲示板とネオンライトをほとんど使用しません。

その他の要件には、環境都市下水処理システム全体を持ち、

グローバリゼーションの背景、特に地元のシンボルとして重要な製品を保護することに

対する都市の人格の保全が保証されることが含まれます。
