코로나 여파 이후 더블린 풍경

더블린 비치사이드는 그랜드 카넬덕은 주로 주재원, 외국인이 사는 곳이다.

더블린 2와 4에 걸쳐 있으며 비치사이드 아파트는 상당히 고가다.

보통 월세는 투룸 기준으로 2500 유로이며 매입가는 최저 70만 유로가 넘는 곳.

이러한 특별한 지역은 더블린2와 4에 집중되어 모두가 선호하는 지역이다.

그랜드 카넬 덕은 아일랜드 더블린 시 중심부 근처의 사우스사이드 지역이다.

이 지역은 개발과 젠트리피케이션의 균형과 새로운 실리콘 벨리 분위기로 만들어졌다.

결국 미국 기업들이 이곳을 관장하고 있으며 그곳에 일하는 직원들이 많이 산다.

 

 

더블린의 정상으로 돌아가는 분위기는 시내 관광 버스가 운행되고

시내 관광 마차도 운행되고 있으며 리피강은 주말에 보트를 타는 사람이 늘고 있다.

특히 쇼핑가 세일은 더욱 활기를 찾은 분위기 같지만 실제 고객은 많지 않았다.

저가의 쇼핑가는 붐비는 반면 고가의 쇼핑가는 썰렁했다. 주로 유럽 생산 물건들이다.

포크와 티수푼 가격아 30유로다. 세일해도 상당히 고가인 느낌이다.

Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Airbnb. The area has been the subject of debate

 over the balance of development and gentrification as well as

 the subject of derision over the clichéd nature of its new nickname.

being driven by more people riding boats over the weekend.

In particular, shopping sales were more vibrant, 

but there were not many actual customers.
Low-priced shopping malls were crowded and expensive shopping malls were cold;

ダブリンの頂上に帰る雰囲気は、市内観光バスが運行されて
市内観光馬車も運行されており、リッピ川は週末にボートに乗る人が増えている。
特にショッピングセールはさらに活気を訪れた雰囲気だが、実際の顧客は多くなかった。
低価格のショッピングモールは混雑しており、

高価なショッピングモールは寒かった。主にヨーロッパの生産品です。
フォークとティースプーンの価格は30ユーロです。販売はかなり高価です。
