산 마리노

산마리노공화국은 이탈리아 반도 중동부에 위치한 공화제를 택하는 국가이다.수도는 산마리노시. 주위는 모두 이탈리아로, 국토면적은 도와다호와 비슷하고, 세계에서 5번째로 작은 미니 국가이다.또한 현존하는 세계 최고의 공화국으로 알려져 있다. 인구가 3만 명 남짓한 미니국가인 산마리노에서는 온 국민이 낯가림에 가까운 상태이며, 자국민으로는 중립공평한 심의나 판결에 어려움을 겪고 있다는 이유로 산마리노에서의 재판은 대부분 외국인 판사에 의해 이뤄진다.무엇보다, 산마리노의 국토는 이탈리아의 내부에 있고, 공용어도 이탈리아어이기 때문에, 재판관도 기본적으로는 이탈리아에서 부임하는 형태를 취하고 있다.

The Republic of San Marino is a republic in the Middle East of Italy. The capital is San Marino, the fifth smallest country in the world, with all around Italy and about the same size as Lake Towada. It is also known as the oldest remaining republic in the world.

In San Marino, a small country with a population of only about 30,000 people, the trial in San Marino is mostly conducted by foreign judges because all of its citizens are close to "face-to-face" and it is difficult for their own. However, since the country of San Marino is located inside Italy and its official language is Italian, judges are basically sent from Italy.

サンマリノ共和国は、イタリア半島の中東部に位置する共和制をとる国家である。首都はサンマリノ市。

周囲は全てイタリアで、国土面積は十和田湖とほぼ同じで、世界で5番目に小さなミニ国家である。また、現存する世界最古の共和国として知られる。人口がわずか3万人ほどのミニ国家であるサンマリノでは、国民全員が「顔見知り」に近い状態であり、自国民では中立公平な審議や判決が困難であるという理由から、サンマリノでの裁判は殆どが外国人の裁判官によって行われる。もっとも、サンマリノの国土はイタリアの内部にあり、公用語もイタリア語であるため、裁判官も基本的にはイタリアから赴任する形を取っている。

2014년 유럽에 최초로 일본 신사가 산마리노 공화국에 건립되었다. 산마리노 주일대사는 153개국 대표인 주일외교단장이며 산마리노 공화국 특명전권대사인 만리오 카데로 대사가 건립에 힘써서 지었다.
카데로: 나는 경건한 로망 가톨릭 신자입니다.하지만 그래도 신도의 훌륭함은 잘 압니다.신도는 자연을 신으로 받들어 아끼면서도 다른 종교에 대해서도 관용적이기 때문에 넓은 시야로 사물을 파악할 수 있는 자연철학이라고 생각합니다.그런 신도의 신사를 모국에 건립할 수 있다는 것은 정말 영광스러운 일입니다 .신도는 일본 문화라고 해도 좋은 본보기입니다.고

2014年ヨーロッパ初の神社がサンマリノ共和国に建立された。駐日大使153カ国の代表である「駐日外交団長」で、サンマリノ共和国特命全権大使であるマンリオ・カデロ閣下もこの神社建立を心から喜ぶ。カデロ：私は敬虔なローマンカトリック信者です。ですが、それでも神道の素晴らしさはよくわかります。神道は自然を神と崇めて大事にしつつも、他の宗教に対しても寛容であるので、広い視野で物事を捉えることができる自然哲学だと思っています。そのような神道の神社を母国に建立できることは本当に光栄なことです。神道は日本文化の根幹といってもいいほどです。
