Happy Parenting - Malta(For Happier Children)는 부모 중 한 명으로부터 

소외된 아이들의 행복과 부모-자녀 관계 개선을 주요 목표로 삼는 지역 사회 기반 조직이다.

 

부모 모두가 자녀의 삶과 양육에서 수행하는 중요한 역할을 인식함으로써

 사회 전체의 기본 구성 요소로서 가족 유대를 강화하고 증진한다.

자녀에게는 부모 양쪽의 사랑, 애정, 참여가 필요하며 

어느 한쪽 부모가 임의로 다른 쪽 부모를 자녀의 삶에서 멀어지게 해서는 안 된다.

이런 의미에서 본 기관은 부모들 사이에 공평한 경쟁의 장을 조성하고

부모들 사이에 상호 존중의 문화를 조성하기 위해 노력할 것이다.

아동이 부모로부터 소외되는 경우, 조직은 소외된 부모의 권리를 보호,

유지 및 보호하기 위해 법의 범위 내에서 필요한 모든 조치를 취할 것을 서약한다.

조직은 또한 조부모가 손자의 삶에서 수행하는 중요한 역할을 인정한다.

따라서 어린이는 조부모와 접촉할 수 있어야 하며

그 반대의 경우도 마찬가지다.

이를 통해 모든 어린이의 가족 유대를 강화하고 유지하며

보호하는 것이 가장 중요하다는 점을 다시 한 번 확인해야 한다.

 

몰타는 법률로 정해진 결손 가정 돕기가 있음에도 그것이 충족되지 않은 이유는

늘 비슷하다. 한 단체가 이 부분을 돕고자 하는데 글쎄. 

자녀를 보호하려면 그 부모가 우선인데 부모가 알콜릭, 폭력, 마약, 이혼 등

다양한 이유로 제 아이를 돌보지 못하는데 국가나 단체가 얼마나 도움이 될지 미지수,

 

 

Happy Parenting - Malta (For Happier Children) is a community-based organization 

that has as its main goal the well-being of those children who find themselves being alienated 

from one of their parents and the improvement of the parent-child relationships.

 

To strengthen and promote the family bond as the basic building block of society as a whole,

 by recognising the vital role that both parents play in the life and upbringing of their children.
Children need the love, affection and involvement of both their parents

and no one parent should be allowed to alienate, arbitrarily,

the other parent from the life of their child. In this sense the Organisation will strive to create

a level playing field between parents and to foster a culture of mutual respect between parents.

Where a child is being alienated from their parent,

the Organisation pledges to take all the necessary measures within the parameters of the law,

to protect, uphold and safeguard the rights of any alienated parent.
The Organisation also acknowledges the important role

that grandparents play in the lives of their grandchildren.

Children should thus have access to their grandparents and vice-versa, thereby affirming,

once again, the paramount importance of strengthening,

upholding and protecting, the family bond of every child.

 

Happy Parenting - Malta (より幸せな子供たちのため) は、

両親の一方から疎外されている子供たちの幸福と親子関係の

改善を主な目的とする地域ベースの組織です。

 

子供の生活と育成において両親が果たす重要な役割を認識することにより、

私たちは社会全体の基本的な構成要素として家族の絆を強化し、促進します。
子どもは両方の親からの愛情、愛情、関与を必要とし、

一方の親がもう一方の親を子どもの生活から恣意的に排除すべきではありません。

この意味で、この組織は保護者間に平等な競争の場を作り、

保護者間に相互尊重の文化を築くよう努めていきます。

子どもが親から引き離された場合、当団体は、引き離された親の権利を守り、

維持し、保護するために法律の範囲内で必要なあらゆる措置を講じることを誓約します。
この組織はまた、祖父母が孫の人生において重要な役割を果たしているとも認識しています。

したがって、子供たちは祖父母にアクセスできる必要があり、またその逆も同様です。

このことは、すべての子どもにとって家族の絆を強化し、

維持し、守ることが最も重要であることを再確認するはずです。
