2년 만의 핼러윈 축제 가능할지

2년간 축제가 금지된 세계가 과연 핼러윈 데이 축제를 열지는 의문이지만

아일랜드는 많은 이벤트가 있다고 홍보하고 있다.

핼러윈은 아일랜드에서도 약 천년 전에 아일랜드에서

처음 기념된 전통적인 켈트족의 휴일인 삼하인으로 알려져 있다

따라서 현재 북미에서 인기 있는 많은 할로윈 전통은 사실 아일랜드인이다.

켈트족은 명절 전날 밤 죽은 영혼들이

우리 세계를 방문할 수 있다고 믿었다.

그들은 무서운 옷을 입고 모닥불을 태워 악령을 물리쳤다

잭오랜턴은 아일랜드에서 유래하기도 한다.

하지만 켈트족은 호박이 아니라 순무로 등불을 만들었다
