더블린 범죄 조직단 검거

 

늘 이상하게 생각되었던 것은 어학원 비자 즉 학생 비자로 온 남미인들이

40시간 이상 일하는 것을 자주 목격하게 되었는데 그 부분이 이제 풀리게 되었다.

아일랜드 주 더블린 - 불법체류자 인신매매에 연루된 것으로 의심되는 

조직화된 범죄 단체가 8월 12일 목요일 아일랜드 수도에서 수색 대상에 올랐다.

가르다 국립 이민국(GNIB)에 부속된 가르다-경찰이라는 의미 수색을 실시했다.
급습 과정에서 5대의 휴대전화와 금융문서와 함께 현금 1만6000 유로가 압수됐다.

이번 수색은 아일랜드와 영국과의 공동 여행지 불법 입국을 목적으로

 대규모 생산, 유통, 허위문서 사용을 통해 불법 이민자 밀수와

 돈세탁에 관여한 것으로 의심되는 조직범죄단의 활동에 대한 

GNIB와 영국 당국의 공동 조사의 일부를 구성했다.
올해 4월 28일, GNIB와 영국 법 집행 기관과 관련된 작전이

아일랜드의 6개 부동산과

영국의 2개 부동산을 수색하는 것과 관련된 작업이 이루어졌다.

아일랜드 더블린에 오면 불법 이민자가 많다는 것을 쉽게 알 수 있다.

거리의 집시들, 홈리스, 불법 취업자에 관한 강력한 제재가 필요하다는 생각이다. 

 

경찰이 목요일에 실시한 작전은 더블린과 위클로우에 있는 

아일랜드의 6개 건물과 영국의 2개 건물이 수색된 4월 말

같은 그룹에 대한 전날의 수색에 이은 것이다.

그 단계에서 GNIB의 형사들은 33,000유로의 계좌를 동결하고 장치와 문서를 압수했다.

 

매년 증가하는 불법 이민과 조직적 범죄는 아직도 많이 있다고 본다.

특히 이민국, 세무서, 학교와 밀접한 관계가 있다는 생각에는 변함이 없다.

 

 

 

DUBLIN, Ireland - An organised crime group suspected of being

 involved in the trafficking of illegal migrants was targeted 

in a search in the Irish capital on Thursday.

Garda attached to the Garda National Immigration 

Bureau (GNIB) carried out the search.
During the course of the raid, €16,000 in cash was seized

along with five mobile phones and financial documentation.

The search formed part of a joint investigation being conducted by 

GNIB and the UK authorities into the activities of the organised crime group

 who are suspected to be involved in money laundering

 as well as the smuggling of illegal immigrants

 - through the largescale production, distribution, and use of false documents 

with the aim of providing illegal entry into Ireland

 and the Common Travel Area with the UK
On 28 April this year an operation involving the GNIB

and UK law enforcement agencies took place

involving the search of six properties in Ireland and two premises in the UK

 

The operation carried out by the Garda on Thursday follows a previous day 

of searches against the same group 

at the end of April when six premises in Ireland – in Dublin and Wicklow – and two in the UK were searched. During that phase of the operation detective

s from GNIB froze a bank account containing €33,000 and seized devices and documents.

この調査は、GNIBと英国当局が、大規模な生産、流通、および英国と

の不法移民の密輸だけでなく、マネーロンダリングに関与している疑いのある

組織犯罪集団の活動に共同調査を行った偽の文書の使用
今年4月28日、GNIBと英国の法執行機関を含む事業が、

アイルランドでの6つの不動産と英国の2つの施設の調査を含む。

 

木曜日にガルダが実施した作業は、アイルランドの6つの

施設(ダブリンとウィックロー)と英国の2つの施設が

検索された4月末に同じグループに対する前日の検索に続く。

GNIBの運用刑事のその段階で、

33,000ユーロを含む銀行口座を凍結し、デバイスと文書を押収した。
