아일랜드 불법 체류자

2017년 퓨 리서치 센터의 분석에 따르면 현재 아일랜드에 거주하는 

불법 이민자의 수는 알려지지 않았으며 

EU에 거주하는 불법 이민자는 3.9 ~ 480만 명으로 추산, 현재는 더 많은 숫자가 있다.

아일랜드에서는 패스트 푸드 및 테이크 아웃 레스토랑과 같은

회사에서 케이터링 업계에서 고용 될 가능성이 가장 높다.

이것은 아일랜드에서 비 EU 국가의 불법 고용을 조사한

 ESRI의 새로운 연구에 기인한다.
아일랜드에서 불법적으로 일하는 사람들의 정도는

"문제의 비밀스러운 성격의 일부 때문에"

제한된 데이터로 인해 정량화가 쉽지 않다고 말했다.

2020년 아일랜드를 떠나라는 명령을 받은 불법 이민자 수는

거의 두 배로 늘었지만 비EU 국민 수가 공화국 입국을 거부한 것도 급증했다.
또한 2019년 아일랜드 이민 당국에서 발급한 퇴각 명령에 따라

실제로 아일랜드를 떠난 비 EU 국민의 수가 증가했다.

EU 전체 이민 법 집행에 관한 새로운 수치는 불법 이민이 

작년 10년 동안 최고 수준에 도달한 후 

아일랜드를 떠나라는 명령을 내린 제 3국 국민의 수를 보면
이민 당국이 2019년에 이 나라를 떠나라고 명령한 것은

전년도의 1,385명에서 총 2,535명이었다.

 

아일랜드 불법자는 주로 남미 즉 브라질인이 가장 많으며

주로 학생비자로 와서 눌러 있는 경우가 대부분이다.

동유럽 집시 비율과 흡사한 숫자로 390명에서 550명이다

이들은 위조 여권 스탬프, 위조 이미그레이션 허가증 등

다양한 행위로 취업까지 버젓하게 하고 있다.

이민국과 경찰은 도심만 다니지 말고 불법자를 잡아야 하지 않는지.

 

 

 It’s uncertain how many illegal immigrants currently live in Ireland, 

a 2017 Pew Research Center analysis  estimated there were between 3.9 – 4.8 million illegal immigrants residing in the EU.
ILLEGAL WORKERS IN Ireland are most likely employed in the catering industry,

in businesses such as fast food and takeaway restaurants.
That’s according to new research from the ESRI published today

which examined the illegal employment of non-EU nationals in Ireland.
It said that the extent of people working illegally in Ireland is not easy

to quantify due to limited data, “owing in part to the clandestine nature of the problem”.

 

 

The number of illegal immigrants ordered to leave Ireland last year almost doubled, 

while there was also a sharp increase 

in the number of non-EU nationals refused entry into the Republic.
There was also an increase in the number of non-EU nationals who actually left Ireland following 

an order to leave issued by Irish immigration authorities during 2019.
New figures on immigration law enforcement across the EU show

the number of third country nationals issued with an order to leave Ireland

after being found to be illegal immigrants reached its highest level in over a decade last year.
A total of 2,535 individuals were issued with orders by the immigration authorities

to leave the State during 2019 – up from 1,385 the previous year.

また、2019年にアイルランド移民当局から発行された退去命令に続いて、

実際にアイルランドを去った非EU国民の数も増加しました。
EU全体の移民法執行に関する新しい数字は、

違法移民が昨年10年間で最高水準に達したことが判明した後、

アイルランドを離れる命令を出した第3国国民の数を示しています。
移民当局が2019年に国を離れるよう命令したのは、

前年の1,385人から合計2,535人であった
