더블린 원룸 아파트 시세

어느나라나 마찬가지다. 수도의 가장 번화가는 

당연히 가격이 높다. 더블린은 2지역과 4지역이 가장 좋다.
물론 강변의 더블린 1 일부 지역도 가격이 높다.

이 아파트는 더블린 2의 교통

편리한 위치에 있는데 1350 유로라고 나왔지만
실제 인터넷, 전기료 별도므로 한달 비용이

1500 유로 이상이라고 생각해야 한다.


이 아파트에 입주 조건은 까다롭다. 

은행 잔고, 직장 서류, PPS 번호 등 심사를 기다리는 아파트다. 
하지만 더블린 아파트 내부는 매우 낙후한 느낌이다.

그럼에도 200만 원이 넘는 아파트가 대부분이며  

​투룸은 2천 유로 이상이다. 이런 구조가 원룸 구조다.

ダブリンは2地域と4地域が最も良い。

もちろん川沿いのダブリン1一部の地域でも、値段が高い。
このアパートは、ダブリン2の交通の便利な場所にあり、

1350ユーロと出てきた実際、インターネット、電気代別途ので、

月の費用が1500ユーロ以上だと考えなければならない。


このアパートに入居条件は難しい。銀行残高、仕事の書類、

PPS番号などの審査を待っているアパートだ。
しかし、ダブリンアパート内部は非常に立ち遅れた感じだ。

それでも200万ウォンを超えるマンションがほとんどであり、

2ルームは2千ユーロ以上である。このようながワンルーム構造だ。

 

더블린 중심가 아파트 시세는 상중하로 나뉘는데

원룸이나 투룸을 기준으로 일반적인 가격은 

주로 35만 유로에서 20만 유로가 보통 시세다. 

50만 유로 이상은  아파트가 아닌 주택이다.
