고인 물은 썩기 마련이다.

어디를 가나 봄은 한창인데 마음이 무거운 이유가 회사 내 

오래된 사람일수록 비리가 많다는 것을 알게 된다.
아일랜드는 외국인이 많이 근무하기에 높은 직책으로 갈수록 ,

연수가 높을수록  오히려 이익에 급급한 자들이 많다는 것에 놀랐다.

비리를 알고 눈감아야 하는지 아니면 

전부 오픈하고 알려야 하는지 상당한 고민이 생긴다.
주로 이러한 나쁜 행위를 하는 자들은 루마니아, 브라질이다.
모른 척하는 것이 신상에 좋을지, 다 회사에 알려야 좋을지 갈등이 많다.

 

조직적인 비리는 주로 연수가 오래된 상사와 직원이 연루되어 있고 

이들은 회사가 모르게 행동한다. 거기에 동참하는 자, 

방관하는 자, 이익에 편승하는 자 등 다양하다.
나의 경우는 전부 오픈하여 이들의 비리를 없애는 쪽에 속한다.

아, 마치 영화의 한 장면을 보는 느낌이다.

어디를 가든지 정직과 거리가 먼 인간들이 태반이다. 

회사의 집단 왕따. 오래된 직원의 횡포. 

이익에 편승하는 속임수 다양한 것을 발견하게 된다.

どこへ行っても春が本格化していますが、

心が重いのは、会社の年配の方がムラが多いからです。

アイルランドにはたくさんの外国人が働いているので、

ポジションが高いほど、利益に関心のある人が多いことに驚きました。

不正を知って目を閉じるか
全部オープンして知らせるべきかどうか、相当な悩みがでる。
主にこれらの悪い行為をする者は、ルーマニア、ブラジルである。
知らないふりをすることが身上にいいか、

全部会社に通知するべきいいか葛藤が多い。

 

組織的な不正は、主に研修が古い上司と作員が関与しており、
彼らは知らないように行動します。彼らはそこに加わる、
傍観する者、利益に便乗する者など多様である。
私の場合は、すべてオープンして、彼らの不正をなくす側に属する。
ああ、まるで映画の一場面を見る感じだ。
どこへ行っても、正直とは遠い人間が大半だ。

会社の集団いじめ。古い従業員の横暴。
利益に便乗するトリック様々なことを発見することになる。
