2019 쿠바 무역 비즈니스 세미나

쿠바에서는 2018년 4월에 정권 교체가 이루어졌습니다.라울 카스트로씨가 퇴임해, 국가 원수로서 디아스카넬씨가 새롭게 국가 평의회 의장으로 취임했다.그 뒤 그 해 6월부터 헌법 개정 과정이 시작되면서 2019년 2월에 실시된 국민 투표 찬성 다수를 거치고, 그해 4월 10일 새 헌법이 공포되었다. 신헌법에는, 지금까지 인정되지 않았던 개인재산의 보유가 주장된 것 외, 외국 투자의 촉진과 보호도 명기되었다.또 임기 5년 대통령직과 총리직을 신설하는 것도 규정되었다.국제 정세가 변화하는 중에 있어, 이와 같이 쿠바에서는 정치·경제 시스템의 개혁이 점진적으로 진행되고 있다. 본 세미나에서는 페레이라 주일 쿠바 대사 및 리베로 참사관에게서, 동국의 현황과 전망과 무역·투자 환경에다 매년 10월 말에 개최되는 아바나 국제 견본시의 상황 등에 대해서 설명, 실제로 쿠바·비즈니스를 하는 일본 기업 관계자에 의한 프레젠테이션을 실시하였다.
지난해 일본인 쿠바 이주 120주년에 이어 올해는 일본, 쿠바 외교 관계 수립 90주년의 해에 해당한다.이러한 가운데, 본 세미나는, 현재 진행 형태로 변화하고 있는 쿠바의 상황을 알 수 있는 귀중한 기회로써 많은 도움이 되었다.

A change of government took place in Cuba in April 2018.Raul Castro has resigned, and as the head of state, Diazannel has newly become the head of state council.After that, the process of revising the Constitution began in June of the same year, and the new constitution was promulgated on April 10 of the same year after the majority vote was held in February 2019. The new constitution stated the possession of private property, which had not been approved before, as well as the promotion and protection of foreign investment.It also stipulated the creation of new presidential and prime minister positions for five years.While the international situation is changing, reforms of the political and economic systems are gradually progressing in Cuba. In this seminar, Cuban Ambassador to Japan and Councillor Rivero explain the current situation and outlook of the country, trade and investment environment, as well as the situation at the Havana International Trade Fair held at the end of October. This year marks the 90th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Cuba, following the 120th anniversary of Japanese immigration to Cuba last year.In this context, this seminar is a valuable opportunity to learn about Cuba's current changing landscape.

 

 

 

キューバでは2018年4月に政権交代が行われました。ラウル・カストロ氏が退任し、国家元首としてディアスカネル氏が新たに国家評議会議長に就任しました。その後、同年6月から憲法改正プロセスが始まり、2019年2月に実施された国民投票での賛成多数を経て、同年4月10日に新憲法が公布されました。新憲法には、これまで認められていなかった個人財産の保有が謳われたほか、外国投資の促進と保護も明記されました。また、任期5年の大統領職と首相職が新たに創設されることも規定されました。国際情勢が変化する中にあって、このようにキューバでは政治・経済システムの改革が漸進的に進んでいます。本セミナーでは、ペレイラ駐日キューバ大使、およびリベロ参事官から、同国の現状と展望や貿易・投資環境に加え、毎年10月末に開催されるハバナ国際見本市の状況などについて説明,実際にキューバ・ビジネスを行う日本企業関係者によるプレゼンテーション。昨年の日本人キューバ移住120周年に続き、今年は日本・キューバ外交関係樹立90周年の年にあたります。こうした中、本セミナーは、現在進行形で変化しているキューバの状況を知ることができる貴重な機会です。
