그리스 산토리니

산토리니는 아테네에서 비행기로 50분, 선박으로 5시간이면 가는 곳이지만

날씨에 따라서 제대로 오고 가지 못하는 곳이다.

Santorini is a 50-minute flight from Athens and five hours by ship,

 but depending on the weather, it's a bad place to come and go.

산토리니와 고전 그리스 테라는 그리스 본토에서 남동쪽으로 약 200km(120mi) 떨어진 에게해에 있는 섬이다. 이 섬은 작은 원형 군도의 가장 큰 섬으로, 같은 이름을 가지고 있으며 화산 칼데라의 잔해물이다. 이 섬은 키클라데스 섬의 최남단에 속하며 면적은 약 73km2(28sq mi)이고 2011년 인구조사 인구는 15,550명이다. 산토리니의 자치주는 산토리니와 테라스아의 거주 섬과 네아 카메니, 팔라이아 카메니, 아스프로니시, 크리스티나의 무인 섬을 포함한다. 총 국토 면적은 90.623km2(34.990평방 mi)이다. 산토리니는 티라 지역 단위의 일부분이다.

Santorini and classic Greek Thera is an island in the southern Aegean Sea, about 200 km (120 mi) southeast of Greece's mainland. It is the largest island of a small, circular archipelago, which bears the same name and is the remnant of a volcanic caldera. It forms the southernmost member of the Cyclades group of islands, with an area of approximately 73 km2 (28 sq mi) and a 2011 census population of 15,550. The municipality of Santorini includes the inhabited islands of Santorini and Therasia and the uninhabited islands of Nea Kameni, Palaia Kameni, Aspronisi, and Christiana. The total land area is 90.623 km2 (34.990 sq mi). Santorini is part of the Thira regional unit

サントリーニ島は、エーゲ海のキクラデス諸島南部に位置するギリシャ領の島。かつて大爆発を起こした火山が形成したカルデラ地形（サントリーニ・カルデラ）の一部で、その外輪山にあたる.カルデラ湾を望む断崖の上に白壁の家々が密集する景観でも知られており、エーゲ海の著名な観光地の1つである。一方で、サントリーニ・カルデラ内では現在も活な火山活動がある。

1956년 아모르고스 지진은 산토리니 북부의 많은 건물들을 철거하는 결과를 낳았고, 그 결과 많은 마을들이 이탈하게 되었다. 관광의 확대는 경제와 인구의 성장을 가져왔다. 주요 정착지로는 피라(피라), 오이아, 엠포리오, 카마리, 페리사, 이메로비글리, 피르고스, 테라스아 등이 있다. 아크로티리는 미노아 시대의 유적이 있는 주요 고고학 유적이다. 산토리니의 주요 산업은 특히 여름철에 관광산업이다. 2007년 유람선 MS 시 다이아몬드호가 좌초해 칼데라 내부에 침몰했다. 이 섬의 포미스 채석장은 칼데라를 보존하기 위해 1986년부터 문을 닫았다. 산토리니는 여행+레저 매거진, BBC, US 뉴스 등 많은 잡지와 여행지에서 세계 최고의 섬으로 선정되었다. 연간 약 2백만 명의 관광객이 방문한다.

The 1956 Amorgos earthquake resulted in the demolition of many buildings in the north of Santorini, leading to the desertion of many of its villages. The expansion of tourism has resulted in the growth of the economy and population. The major settlements include Fira (Phira), Oia, Emporio, Kamari, Perissa, Imerovigli, Pyrgos, and Therasia. Akrotiri is a major archaeological site, with ruins from the Minoan era. Santorini's primary industry is tourism, particularly in the summer months. In 2007, the cruise ship MS Sea Diamond ran aground and sank inside the caldera. The island's pumice quarries have been closed since 1986, in order to preserve the caldera. Santorini was ranked the world's top island for many magazines and travel sites, including the Travel+Leisure Magazine, the BBC,as well as the US News. An estimated 2 million tourists visit annually

島の中心集落は、カルデラ東側中央の断崖上に位置するフィラ。フィラの北にはフィロステファニフィロステファニの北にはイメロヴィグリの集落があり、カルデラに面した奇観で知られている。カルデラ北側にはイア（Οία）の集落がある。人口約760人のイアは、島北部のイア地区（旧イア村）の中心集落で、「ブルードーム」と通称される教会や風車で知られる。 カルデラ側とは反対側、島の東南部には、ビーチリゾートとして知られるカマリやペリサの集落があり、カマリの北方の平野に空港が設けられている。島の南部にはエンボリオの集落が広がっている。島の西南部にはアクロティリの集落がある。

중국인, 한국인 단체 관광 버스가 배를 타고 온다. 더구나 신혼 부부 사진 촬영도 많은 곳이다.

단체 관광객의 무질서가 문제가 되고 있어 과연 그대로 이어갈지는 미지수다.

Chinese and Korean group tour buses come by boat. Moreover,

there are many photos taken of newly married couples.

It is uncertain whether the disorder of group tourists will continue as it is.

일본 국적자는 일본 운전 면허증으로도 자동차 렌트가 가능한 곳이며 이동하려면

반드시 자동차가 필요하다. 로컬 버스나 택시는 권장할 사항이 아니다.

日本国籍者は日本運転免許証でも自動車レントが可能なところで移動するには

必ず自動車が必要だ。ローカルバスやタクシーは勧めるものではない。

Japanese nationals can rent a car with a Japanese driver's license,

and want to see sight  cars are necessary. Local buses or taxis are not recommended.
