몰타 장애 아동 쉼터 후원

MSIDA에 있는 -DAL IL KAPTAN 즉 영국 장교 집이었는데 

지금은 정부가 지원하고 몰타 로타리 클럽이 후원하는 

장애 아동을 가진 부모에게 도움을 주기 위하여 그 장애 아동을

며칠 쉬게 하는 쉼터다. 이곳은 1989부터 몰타 로타리 클럽이

지속적으로 후원하며 도네이션과 페인팅을 돕는다.

이번에 같이 참가하여 생애 처음 페인트칠을 해 보았다.

 

Dar il-Kaptan은 몰타 최초의 장애인용 Restipe Home으로, 

장애 아동의 부모가 스스로 돌볼 수 없는 짧은 기간 동안

자녀를 전문가에게 맡길 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.

장애 아동을 위한 양육은 일반적으로 24시간 연중무휴이며

부모는 휴식과 회복을 위해 필요한 휴식을 취하거나

심부름을 하거나 짧은 휴가를 갈 수 있는 기회를 거의 얻지 못한다.

그것은 지역 사회에 매우 필요하고 감사한 서비스를 제공한다.
 로타리클럽 몰타는 1991년 Dar il-Kaptan 설립의 핵심 선동자였으며 

지금까지 다양한 방식으로 가정을 지속적으로 지원해 왔다.

Mtarfa에 있는 주택을 수용하는 부동산의 초기 개조 외에도

다음과 같은 많은 프로젝트가 수행되었다.
 
전문 침대, 세탁 장비, 주방 장비,
3개의 다른 수송 밴의 수년에 걸친 조항,
온수 생산을 위한 태양열 난방 시스템을 갖춘 가정 설비
 85명의 자원 봉사자들이 하루 동안 유지 보수, 정원 가꾸기, 

그림 그리기 등을 수행하는 첫 번째 로타리 실습의 날 개최를

 포함하여 많은 유지 보수 프로젝트 수행.
3번의 다른 경우에 집 확장 공사
전문 병상 제공
화재예방시스템 고도화사업 추진
지속적인 비용에 대한 연간 재정 지원 제공 등

 

 

Dar il-Kaptan was Malta's first Restipe Home for the Disabled which allows parents of children 

with disabilities the opportunity to leave their children in the care of professionals

for those short periods when they are unable to provide the care themselves.  

Parenting for a child with disabilities is usually a 24x7 job and parents rarely get the chance

to get a break needed either just to rest and recover or to be able to undertake errands,

or take a brief vacation. It provides a much needed and appreciated service to the community.
 
Rotary Club Malta was a key instigator of the foundation of Dar il-Kaptan in 1991 and has continued to support the home throughout these years

 in so many ways.  Apart from the initial refurbishment of the property

 that houses the home in Mtarfa, many projects have been undertaken such as:
 
the provision of many items of equipment like specialist beds, 

laundry equipment, kitchen equipment,
the provision over the years of 3 different transport vans,
the equipping of the home with a solar heating system for the production of hot water
 the undertaking of many projects of maintenance including the holding of the first Rotary Hands-On Day where 85 volunteers spent a day carrying out maintenance, gardening, painting etc.
the construction of extensions to the home on 3 different occasions
the provision of specialist beds
the running of a project for the upgrading of fire prevention systems
the annual provision of financial support for on-going costs
 

ダール・イル・カプタンは、子供の親が滞在できるマルタ初の障害者向け保養所です。
障害のある子供たちを専門家に預ける機会
自分でケアを提供できない短期間に。
障害のある子供の子育ては通常、年中無休の仕事であり、

親がその機会を得ることはめったにありません。
単に休んで回復するため、または用事を行うために必要な休憩をとるため、
または短い休暇を取ります。コミュニティに非常に必要とされ、

評価されるサービスを提供します。
ロータリー クラブ マルタは、1991 年のダール イル カプタン設立の主要な推進者であり、

長年にわたってロータリー クラブを支援し続けてきました。
 とてもたくさんの意味で。物件の初期改修とは別に
 ムタルファにあるこの家では、次のような多くのプロジェクトが実施されています。
 専門ベッドなどの多くの設備の提供、
洗濯設備、キッチン設備、
長年にわたり3台の異なる輸送用バンを提供し、
温水を生成するための太陽熱暖房システムを家に装備する
 85人のボランティアが1日をかけてメンテナンス、ガーデニング、

塗装などを行った第1回ロータリー体験デーの開催を含む、

多くのメンテナンスプロジェクトに取り組みました。
3回の異なる機会に家の増築工事を行う
専門ベッドの提供
防火設備更新プロジェクトの実施
継続的な費用に対する財政的サポートの年次提供
