고베 오쿠라 호텔

1989 년 6월 22일에 고베 오쿨 호텔을 오픈했다. 1995년에  1월 한신 아와지 대지진  건물의 내부 천장 및 로비의 벽 등이 의해 손상 되었다 그러나 건물 자체에 많은 피해 없었다 . 당시 창문 등 깨아진 부분은 많았지만 전체적으로 피해가 적었다. 호텔 오쿠라에 의해 원래 운영했다. 2001 년 10월 1일, 호텔 오쿠라 고베 유한 회사가  설립되었고, 고베 유한 회사가 운영하게 되었다. 일본 정원, 인테리어를  독특한 모습을 만들어 있다.

1989年6月22日に開業。1995年1月の阪神・淡路大震災では、ロビーの天井や壁面が落下するなど、建物の内装が被害を受けたが、建物自体には大きな被害はなかった。その年、ファイトなどの窓文字を浮かび上がらせたこともあった。開業当初はホテルオークラによる直営ホテルだったが、2001年10月1日に株式会社ホテルオークラ神戸を新設、分社化し、「株式会社ホテルオークラ神戸が施設を保有し経営主体となり、ホテル運営を株式会社ホテルオークラに委託する」という経営形態となった。ホテルオークラ東京に準じた、和洋折衷の内装になっている。特に1階宴会場は木目を多用したインテリアと日本庭園を望むホワイエを持ち、独特のたたずまいを作っている。
