몰타에서 놀라는 일 매우 많다.

몰타는 전기료, 수도료는 두 달에 한 번 요금을 지급한다.

전기료는 포토마소 단지가 커서 관리 사무실에 가서 낸다.

하지만 이  수도료는 몇 번을 가서 고지서를 보내라고 하는데

보냈다고 하고는 여전히 오지 않는다. 이런 나라 처음이다.

결국 사무실에 가서 직접 내기로 결정했다.

 

가장 놀란 것은 운전면허를 위한 서류 중에 의사 진단서가

필요한데 클리닉이 거의 없고 약국에 의사가 오는 제도다.

놀란 것은 의사가 가운도 입지 않고 약속 시간보다 30분이 

늦게 왔다. 더욱 놀란 것은 안과에서 보는 게시판도 없이

약 박스를 보이며 영어 단어를 읽으라고 한다. 어이가 없다.

큰 병원도 의사가 가운을 입지 않고 있다.

누가 의사인지 공사판 직원인지 전혀 모르게 생겼다.

 

그리고 카드는  안된다고 하면서 20유로 현금으로 내라 한다.

아프리카도 이렇게 엉터리가 아니라는 생각이 든다. 

눈 검사 요금도 전혀 다르다.

운전 배운 자는 10유로, 운전 학원에서는 15유로 그러나 20유로

가격도 들쑥날쑥 도무지 가격이 어느 것이 정확한지.

 

이번에는 YMCA에서 자원봉사에게 정식 서류를 받는데 

범죄 기록서가 있다. 미국, 일본, 아일랜드는 무료다. 

오로지 2.8유로를 받는 나라가 몰타다. 

어디를 가도 돈을 내라는 식이며 레지던스 신청서는

280유로에서 갑자기 300유로로 바뀌었다. 

 

특히 콜 택시나 콜 자동차 운전자가 영어를 쓸 줄 몰라

도착 장소를 헤매는 것이 한 두 번이 아니다. 

불편한 것이 한 두가지 아니다.

거기다 관광철에는 관광객으로 인한 교통 체증이 심하다.

몰타가 무엇이 좋다고 몰려오는가.

이해불가다. 그럼에도 4년 더 살아야 한다. 한숨이 나온다.

 

 

In Malta, electricity and water bills are paid once every two months.

What was even more surprising was that

there was no bulletin board at the ophthalmology clinic.

This is absurd.
Even in large hospitals, doctors do not wear gowns.
It seemed like I had no idea who was the doctor or the construction worker.
And they said they wouldn't accept cards and asked me to pay 20 euros in cash.
I don't think Africa is this crazy either.
Eye examination fees are also completely different.
For those who learned to drive, it is 10 euros,

and at a driving school, it is 15 euros but 20 euros.
The price fluctuates and I wonder if the price is accurate.

 

This time, I received official documents from a volunteer at the YMCA.
There is a criminal record. It's free in the US, Japan, and Ireland.
The only country that receives 2.8 euros is Malta.
No matter where you go, you have to pay money,

大きな病院でも医師はガウンを着ません。
誰が医者なのか工事作業員なのか全く分からない様子だった。
そして彼らはカードは受け付けないと言い、

現金で20ユーロ支払うように求めました。
アフリカもここまで狂っているとは思わない。
視力検査の料金も全然違います。
運転を習った人は10ユーロ、

自動車学校では15ユーロですが20ユーロです。
価格は変動するので、価格が正確かどうかは疑問です。

 

今回、YMCAのボランティアさんから正式な書類を受け取りました。
犯罪歴あり。米国、日本、アイルランドでは無料です。
2.8ユーロを受け取る唯一の国はマルタです。
どこへ行くにもお金がかかりますし、滞在許可申請書は
280ユーロから300ユーロに急遽変更になりました。


特に、タクシーを呼んだり、

車を呼んだりする運転手は英語が通じません。
目的地に迷ったのはこれが初めてではない。
不快な点は 2 つだけではありません。
また、観光シーズンには観光客による交通渋滞が激しくなります。
人々がマルタに集まる魅力とは何でしょうか?
理解できないそれにもかかわらず、

4年以上マルタに住まなければならないというため息が出る.
