~헤세이(헤세이)의 그 앞으로 새로운 시대를 개척한다~, 자민당의 최고 의사결정 기관인 "당대회"가 시나가와의 호텔에서 개최되었다.

야마구치 나츠오 공명당 총재가 책임자로서 정리한 "헤세이 31년 당운동 방침"의 서두의 제목을 포함한 운동 방침도 만장 일치로 승인되어

아베 총재로부터 4월의 통일선, 2개의 중의원 보선, 그리고 여름의 참의원선을 향한 강력한 호소가 회의장에 울렸다.

In the future of Heisei, the LDP's supreme decision-making body, called the "Party Meeting," was held at the Shinagawa hotel.The campaign policy, including the opening title of Yamaguchi's "Policy of the Movement of the Party of 2019" was unanimously approved, and Abe made strong contributions to the unified election in April, two by-elections in the House.

～平成のその先へ　新たな時代を切り拓く～、自民党の最高意思決定機関である「党大会」が品川のホテルで開催されました。山口が責任者としてまとめた「平成３１年党運動方針」の冒頭のタイトルを含めた運動方針も満場一致で承認され、安倍総裁から４月の統一選、2つの衆院補選、そして夏の参院選に向けた力強い訴えが会場に響きました。

공명당의 야마구치 나츠오 대표는 10일 오전, 도쿄도내에서 열린 자민당 대회에서 인사해, "통일 지방선과 참의원선을 이겨내, 정권 안정의 기반을 만들어 나가지 않으면 안 된다"라고 말해 양선거에서의 자민공의 선거 협력을 추진해 갈 생각을 강조했다.
야마구치씨는, 금년에 공명당의 연립 정권 참가로부터 20년이 되는 것을 언급해 "들판에 내린 적도 있었지만, 서로 눈보라를 견딘 기간이 소중했다"라고 되돌아 보았다. 아동 학대의 문제나, 후생 노동성의 통계 부정 문제에 대해서도 언급해 "진중하게 임해, 국민의 안심을 만들어 내야 한다"라고 말했다.

Komeito leader Natsuo Yamaguchi said at an LDP convention held in Tokyo on the morning 10.  that he stressed, "We must advance the idea of winning unified local elections and upper house elections to form a foundation for the stability of government."

　Yamaguchi mentioned that New Komeito's participation in the coalition government was 20 years old this year, and recalled, "We once went out of the field, but the time we had to endure the wind and snow was precious to each other.

　He also mentioned the issue of child abuse and the statistics corruption of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, saying, "We must work hard and create public peace of mind."

公明党の山口那津男代表は１０日午前、東京都内で開かれた自民党大会であいさつし、「統一地方選と参院選を勝ち抜き、政権安定の基盤をつくり出していかなければならない」と述べ、両選挙での自公の選挙協力を推し進めていく考えを強調した。

　山口氏は、今年で公明党の連立政権参加から２０年になることに言及し「野に下ったときもあったが、互いに風雪に耐えた期間が貴重だった」と振り返った。　児童虐待の問題や、厚生労働省の統計不正問題にも触れ「真剣に取り組み、国民の安心をつくり出していかなければならない」と述べた。

아베 신조 일본 총리(자민당 총재)는 10일 도쿄 시내에서 열린 제86차 전당대회에서 연설하며 여름 참의원 선거를 위해 힘든 싸움이 되겠지만 눈빛을 결코 이겨내고 있다.선두에 설 각오라고 호소했다. 　4월의 통일 지방선에 대해서도 " 이겨 나가자"라고 말해 참의원선거와 지방 선거가 겹치는 "돼지년 선거"에서의 당의 결속을 호소했다. 　그는 아베 1차 집권 12년 전 참의원 선거를 언급하며 우리 당의 패배로 정치는 안정을 잃었고 악몽과도 같은 민주당 정권이 탄생했다.그 시대로 되돌릴 수 없다고 강조했다.

헌법과 관련해서는 이제 창당 이래의 비원인 헌법 개정에 나서야 한다.확실히 자위대로 명기해, 위헌 논쟁을 끝내자"라고 말해 9조 개정에 강한 의욕을 나타냈다. 　아동학대의 문제에 대해서는 "근절하게 정부 차원에서 전력으로 임해 간다"라고 표명했다.후생 노동성의 매월 근로 통계의 부적절 조사 문제에 대해서는 "철저하게 검증해, 재발 방지에 전력을 다함으로써 책임을 완수한다"라고 말했다.
당대회에서는, 헤이세이 31년 운동 방침을 채택했다."12년에 한번의 정치 결전의 해"에 "총력적으로 통일선의 필승을 기해, 기세를 가속시켜 참의원선거에서 승리를 얻는다"라고 강조, 참의원선거에서는 개선 1인구를 "최대의 포인트"라고 자리 매김을 했다.

내빈으로서 공명당의 야마구치 나츠오 대표와 경단련의 나카니시 히로아키 회장이 출석해, 인사했다.야마구치씨는 "통일선과 참의원선을 이겨내, 정권 안정의 기반을 만들어 나가지 않으면 안 된다"라고 말해 자민, 자민,공명당 양당의 선거 협력을 추진할 생각을 나타냈다.
이 외 , 통일선과 참의원선의 후보자 소개등도 행해졌다.

　In April's unified local elections, he said, "Let's win." He called for party unity in the "Year of the Year" election, in which the House of Councillors election and local elections are contested.

　The prime minister mentioned the House of Councillors election held 12 years ago under the first Abe administration, saying, "Our party's defeat has undermined politics and created a nightmare of a Democratic administration.We cannot return to that era."

　Regarding the Constitution, the time has come to work on revising the Constitution, which is the saddest thing since the party's establishment.We will put an end to the controversy over unconstitutionality by clearly stating that the SDF is the SDF," he said.

　He said the government would do its utmost to eradicate child abuse. Regarding the issue of improper investigations into the monthly labor statistics of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, he said, "We will take responsibility by thoroughly examining the issue and making every effort to prevent a recurrence."

　At the party convention, the party adopted a campaign policy of 1991."In the 12th year of a political duel," he said.

Komeito leader Natsuo Yamaguchi and Keidanren Chairman Hiromi Nakanishi attended the meeting to greet them. Yamaguchi said, "We must win the unified election and the upper house election to create a foundation for the stability of the government."

安倍晋三首相（自民党総裁）は１０日、東京都内で開かれた第８６回党大会で演説し、夏の参院選に向けて「厳しい戦いになるが、まなじりを決して戦い抜いていく。先頭に立つ決意だ」と訴えた。　４月の統一地方選についても「勝ち抜いていこう」と述べ、参院選と地方選が重なる「亥年選挙」での党の結束を呼びかけた。　首相は第１次安倍政権下で行われた１２年前の参院選に触れ、「わが党の敗北で政治は安定を失い、悪夢のような民主党政権が誕生した。あの時代に戻すわけにはいかない」と強調した。

　憲法に関しては「いよいよ立党以来の悲願である憲法改正に取り組むときが来た。しっかりと自衛隊と明記して、違憲論争に終止符を打とう」と述べ、９条改正に強い意欲を示した。　児童虐待の問題に対しては「根絶に政府を挙げて全力で取り組んでいく」と表明した。厚生労働省の毎月勤労統計の不適切調査問題については「徹底的に検証し、再発防止に全力を尽くすことで責任を果たす」と述べた。

　党大会では、平成３１年運動方針を採択した。「１２年に一度の政治決戦の年」に「総力を挙げて統一選の必勝を期し、勢いを加速させ参院選で勝利を得る」と強調、参院選では改選１人区を「最大のポイント」と位置付けた。

　来賓として公明党の山口那津男代表と経団連の中西宏明会長が出席し、挨拶した。山口氏は「統一選と参院選を勝ち抜き、政権安定の基盤をつくり出していかなければならない」と述べ、自公両党の選挙協力を推進する考えを示した。

　このほか、統一選と参院選の候補者紹介なども行われた。
