아일랜드 더블린과 몰타 비교 분석

아일랜드 더블린에서 3년 가까이 그리고 몰타에서 1년 가까이 살고 있다.

두 나라는 EU국가다. 영어를 사용하는 공통점이 있으며 영국의 속국이었다.

아일랜드는 인구가 200백만이 넘으며 노던 아일랜드는 아직도 영국이다.

아일랜드는 물가 특히 부동산이 상당히 고공행진을 하고 있다.

몰타 역시 부동산 고공행진 이유가 이민을 받는 나라이기 때문이다.

 

아일랜드는 교통비가 상당히 높다. 편도 2.6 유로 거스름돈 주지 않는다.

몰타는 버스는 레디던스 카드 있는 사람에게 무료다.

두 국가 의료 혜택이 낮으며 이 부분에서 치과 역시 본인 부담이 크다.

 

필자가 살던 더블린 그라프튼 스트리트 시티 브레이크 아파트와 

몰타  포토마소 아파트는 가장 비싼 곳으로 유명하다. 

이 아파트는 한 달 월세가 2000 유로가 넘는다.

관리비, 전기 수도료 불포함

아일랜드는 물값이 무료에 반해 전기료가 매우 높았다.

몰타는 2달에 한 번 물값, 전기값을 별도 지불해야 한다.

인터넷 비용도 두 나라 모두 비싸다.

생필품은 아일랜드가 싸고 저렴한 숍이 많은 반면 몰타는 거의 없다.

 

날씨는 비 오고 바람 불고 추운 더블린은 에어컨이 없어도 산다.

모기. 파리. 바퀴벌레 등이 없어 좋은 반면 흐린 날씨가 늘 접한다.

몰타는 연중 따뜻하지만 모기, 파리, 여름은 살인적인 더위였다.

 

정치 청렴도는 아일랜드가 몰타에 비하여 높지만 두 나라 그다지 신용할 수 없다.

외국인이 많이 사는 나라이며 아일랜드는 동유럽 홈리스, 빈민들이 많다.

이미그레이션은 느슨한 편에 속한다. 

몰타는 이민을 적극 권장하지만 실제 유럽 실버들의 휴양지므로 노인이 많다.

도로 정비는 아일랜드가 선진국이며 은행, 세무 시스템, 노동법도 아일랜드가 좋다.

반면 몰타는 전부 문제를 안고 있는 포화되는 나라다. 그럼에도 관광지로 선호한다.

 

이번 아일랜드 더블린 방문하면서 느낀 점은 역시 날씨는 몰타가 좋다는 생각이다.

하지만 살기에는 몰타보다는 아일랜드가 편리하지 않나 생각되었다.

두 나라 물가는 높은 편이며 잠시 살기에는 좋을지 모르지만 장기적으로 두 나라 별로다.

 

Ps 몰타는 너무 지루하고 심심하고 뚱보들이 너무 많다. 미남, 미녀 없다.

아일랜드는  많은 비가 오기에 아름다운  패션은 거의 없다고 보면 된다. 

아일랜드에서 가죽 구두는 사약이다. 

 

 

I have been living in Dublin, Ireland for almost 3 years and in Malta for almost 1 year.
Both countries are EU countries. They had something in common:

they spoke English and were vassals of Britain.
Ireland has a population of over 200 million,

and Northern Ireland is still part of the UK.
In Ireland, prices, especially real estate, are skyrocketing.
The reason Malta is also experiencing high real estate prices is because

it is a country that receives immigrants.
Transportation costs in Ireland are quite high.

It costs 2.6 euros one way, no change provided.
In Malta, buses are free for those with a Redidence card.
Medical benefits in both countries are low,

and dentistry also faces a large burden in this area.

Malta Potomaso apartments are famous for being the most expensive.
The monthly rent for this apartment is over 2,000 euros.
In Ireland, water is free, but electricity costs are very high.
In Malta, you have to pay separately for water and electricity once every two months.
Internet costs are also expensive in both countries.
Daily necessities are cheap in Ireland and there are many cheap shops,

while in Malta there are almost none.
The weather is rainy, windy and cold in Dublin, so you can live without air conditioning.

Malta is warm all year round, but there are mosquitoes, flies, and summer heat that kills.

 

Ireland's level of political integrity is higher than that of Malta,

 but the two countries are not very trustworthy.
Ireland is a country where many foreigners live,

and there are many Eastern European homeless and poor people.
Immigration is on the loose side.
Malta is highly recommended for immigration,

but since it is actually a vacation destination for European silvers,

there are many elderly people.
Ireland is an advanced country when it comes to road maintenance,

and its banking, tax system, and labor laws are also good.
Malta, on the other hand, is a saturated country

with all sorts of problems. Nevertheless, it is preferred as a tourist destination.
What I felt while visiting Dublin, Ireland, is that the weather in Malta is really good.
However, I thought that Ireland would be more convenient to live in than Malta.
The cost of living in both countries is high,

and although it may be good for a short period of time, it is not good for the long term.

 

 

私はアイルランドのダブリンに約 3 年間、マルタに約 1 年間住んでいます。
どちらの国もEU加盟国です。彼らには共通点がありました。

彼らは英語を話し、英国の家臣であったということです。
アイルランドの人口は2億人を超え、北アイルランドは今でもイギリスの一部です。
アイルランドでは、特に不動産の価格が高騰している。
マルタの不動産価格も高いのは移民受け入れ国だからだ。
アイルランドの交通費はかなり高いです。料金は片道 2.6 ユーロ、お釣りはありません。
マルタでは、レジデンスカードをお持ちの方はバスが無料です。
両国の医療給付は低く、歯科医療もこの分野で大きな負担に直面している。

マルタ ポトマソのアパートは最も高価なことで有名です。
このアパートの月々の家賃は 2,000 ユーロ以上です。
アイルランドでは水は無料ですが、電気代は非常に高いです。

アイルランドでは日用品が安く、

安いお店がたくさんありますが、マルタではほとんどお店がありません。
ダブリンの天気は雨が多く、風が強くて寒いので、エアコンがなくても大丈夫です。
蚊。飛ぶ。ゴキブリがいないから良いのですが、いつも曇り空に遭遇します。
マルタは一年中暖かいですが、蚊、ハエ、そして命を落とす夏の暑さがあります。

 

アイルランドの政治的誠実さのレベルはマルタよりも高いが、

両国はあまり信頼できるものではない。
アイルランドは外国人が多く住む国で、東欧のホームレスや貧困層も多い。
入国審査は緩い側にある。
マルタは移住にはとてもお勧めですが、

実際はヨーロッパシルバーの休暇先なので、年配の方が多いです。
アイルランドは道路整備に関しては先進国であり、銀行、税制、労働法も充実しています。
一方、マルタはあらゆる種類の問題を抱えた飽和した国です。

それでも観光地としては好まれています。
アイルランドのダブリンに行って感じたのは、

マルタの天気が本当に良いということです。
ただ、マルタよりもアイルランドの方が住みやすいと思いました。
どちらの国も生活費は高く、

短期的には良いかもしれませんが、長期的には良くありません。
