이별 만찬 3

바로 집 앞의 웨스트베리 호텔인데 특급 호텔이다.

이곳에서 만찬은 카레와 스프 더구나 디저트까지 

매우 심플한 저녁을 먹게 되었으며 역시 외교관이다.

더블린의 특급 호텔 중에서 맛이 아주 좋은 곳이 드물다.

그럼에도 손님 접대는 역시 호텔에서 해야하는 단점이 있다.

 

WILDE의 상징적인 1930년대 스타일의 야외 테라스에서 열리는 

이 특별하고 특별한 저녁은 Esporão의 수석 와인 메이커인 

José Luís Moreira da Silva와 Doyle Collection의

 자체 그룹 소믈리에인 Philip Dunne이 주최다.

Held on WILDE's iconic 1930s-style outdoor terrace, 

this special evening is hosted by Esporão's 

chief winemaker, José Luís Moreira da Silva, 

and Doyle Collection's own group sommelier, Philip Dunne.

 

Philip Dunne, Group Sommelier of The Doyle Collection, says: 

“Esporão sustainably produces spectacular organic wines – this is a winemaking mission I’m very passionate about supporting 

at The Westbury – and we’re excited to be bringing these special vintages to our guests. 

Each pour will be paired with specially prepared dishes

 by Sandeep Singh and his team to truly make the most of their extraordinary flavour profiles.”

ホセ ルイス モレイラ ダ シルバとドイル コレクションのグループ ソムリエ、

フィリップ ダンが主催します。
