러일 병원 프로젝트

모스크바에 있는 러시아-일본 우호 병원 건립
4월 17일, 모스크바에 러시아와 일본 우정 의학 센터를 설립하기 위한 회의가 일본의 러시아 대사관에서  열렸다.
이 프로젝트는 러시아 외무부 산하 외교단에 소속된 행정 자치부에 의해 그들의 일본 파트너들과 함께 개발되었다.
이 행사에는 러시아 연방 정부의 특사 임시 및 전권 대사가 참석하여 일본 외무성의 미하일 갈루진

외교 통상 산업부 등 잠재적인 여러 부처와 함께 60여개 부속 병원의 대표단을 파견할 예정이다.
이 프로젝트의 목적은 의료 분야에서 러시아와 일본 사이의 인도 주의적 협력을 발전시키는 것이다.

최첨단 기술과 장비를 사용하여 운영될 새로운 의료 센터는 GlavUpXML계열사인 Medincentre에 기반하여 만들어질 예정이다.
이 센터는 러시아에서 인가 받은 언론 사무소뿐만 아니라 러시아 시민들과

외교 공관의 대표자들에게 다양한 질 좋은 의료 서비스를 제공할 것이다.

Creation of the Medical Centre of Russian-Japanese Friendship in Moscow
On April 17, a conference dedicated to the creation of the Medical Centre of Russian-Japanese

 Friendship in Moscow will be held at the Russian Embassy in Japan.
This project was developed by the Main Administration for Service to the Diplomatic Corps under the

Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (GlavUpDK) together with their Japanese partners.
The event will be attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the

Russian Federation to Japan Mikhail Galuzin, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,

the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and

Healthcare Ministry, as well as other Japanese ministries and agencies,

 plus the potential project participants from Japan’s side – heads of over 60 companies manufacturing

and distributing medical equipment together with heads of various clinics.
The aim of this project is to develop humanitarian cooperation between Russia and Japan

 in the sphere of healthcare. The new medical centre, which will be operating

using state-of-the-art technology and equipment, will be created on the basis of the Medincentre – an affiliate of GlavUpDK.
The centre will offer a broad range of high-quality medical services to Russian citizens

 and representatives of diplomatic missions, international organisations as well as press offices that have been accredited in Russia.

本事業は,ロシア外務省の外務部外交官サービス本部が,日本のパートナーとともに開発した.

同イベントには,ミハイル·ガルジン·ロシア連邦製造業の駐日特命全権大使,外務省,経済産業省,

日本医療関係機関代表,日本医療機器産業界の代表者が参加.
このプロジェクトの目的は,医療分野における日露の人道的協力を進展させることです.

GlavUpDK傘下のMedincenterをベースに開発される.
同センターは,ロシア国民や在外公館,国際機関,ロシア国内で認定を受けた報道機関の代表者に対して,
